I am studying Arabic for personal development with the hope of visiting some Arabic speaking countries soon. In just six months of studying with Taghreed, I feel confident enough in my ability to read Arabic that I am able to read language-learning short stories in my own and I understand the nuances of pronunciation. As we move into conversation, I am finding the Resala teaching method to be easier to retain the language than other language lessons I’ve taken. I highly recommend Resala to anyone new to Arabic.

Resala Academy has been excellent for my kids. Very professional and knowledgeable instructor. Sister Esra has been flexible on schedule and helpful. Mashallah my kids and niece have completed recitation of Quran from Resala Academy Definitely recommend giving Resala Academy a try to see for yourself. Alhamdulillah we have this Academy available for our kids.

I have three kids, we live in Canada and we have been with Resalah Academy for one month. My kids are enjoying the Arabic and Quran lessons. The teachers (Mr. Mohammad and Ms. Mai) are very organized, professional and respectful. They provide flexible schedule to accommodate the time difference. I highly recommend Resalah Academy for people who live in non-Arabic speaking countries to encourage their kids to learn Arabic and Quran.

It’s been about 3months taking classes. My teacher has been very flexible and accommodating to my schedule ! I am enjoying a lot.

Mrs Walaa Ahmed is an excellent teacher and has been teaching my kids both reading quran and memorizing for over a year now. She is patient, kind, encouraging and have great methods of keeping them interested. My kids really enjoy her class and find it easy to communicate with her online. They are 7 years old and didn’t have no arabic background before they started to have classes with her. She always make sure they understand before moving on. I highly recommend her to everyone trying to learn Quran.

My experience at Resala Acadmy has been great so far! The principal is amazing who definitely prioritizes the QUALITY the students receive. they have given and offered additional help and efficient communication with both teacher and students 24/7!
the overall atmosphere of this place is great, and if you ever need help there is always someone to go to.

I don't know how to begin to talk about describing my experience with you and I feel that no matter how much I say I'm not going to be fair and I can't summon the right words but my prayers are enough And Allah has said (Of all of Allah’s servants, only the knowledgeable ˹of His might˺ are ˹truly˺ in awe of Him) And from my experience with you I feel that God speaks about you in this verse and I think it's enough for you that the prophet Mohammed said Whoever learns a verse from the Quran to others Allah will rewards him which anyone reads until the Day of Judgment

A respectable and professional academy, characterized by good treatment, quality of organization and management, high organized system and profisional teachers

This is the best online learning academy I have ever been worked for before. The administration is professional, friendly, and patient. I highly recommend the academy for anyone who wants to educate his kids or even himself/herself in addition to we've one of the best professional staff.

What started out as a potentially good company to do Arabic lessons with turned out to be a terrible experience with awful customer service.

I booked 2 free trials with Resala Academy for the same day. For the first one I couldn’t even get into the Zoom meeting as the password didn’t work. They said they would re-schedule this first trial, for later on the same day after the second trial. I cancelled an appointment to make this work. However later on, they cancelled this as they said the teacher’s diary was full. (It seems this hadn’t been checked this before telling me). But no problem, we all make mistakes and have bad days – I even said this to them.

When the time of the second trial came, the teacher didn’t turn up to that trial. I got no response from customer service throughout the duration of the whole trial time. When they did eventually reply, they responded saying they cancelled the second trial lesson BEFORE the scheduled appointment time, and they didn’t even tell me they had cancelled the second trial lesson! I hadn’t even asked for the trial to be cancelled.

They never provided a reason for why they cancelled this second trial. They also refused to re-arrange another trial lesson. When I mentioned that I will let others know about my experience with them, they accused me of ‘threatening’ them and had the audacity to reply with:

“You don’t have any real experience with us yet and you didn’t pay any fee…” and “ I don’t know what experience you are calling for since you haven’t even enrolled in our academy system. We have also the right to dispute these claims, you never paid us money or even enrolled.”

This is comical. It shows that the admin - who is dealing directly with customers - doesn’t understand what customer service actually is. It seems that they think if you haven’t handed money over, you are not valued, and your experience is not a valid customer experience. Their manners were terrible as well.

Thankfully I found another company with excellent customer service and brilliant teachers.

My advice to others is find another company for Arabic lessons. There are plenty with much better customer service, and you’re likely to have a much better experience with people who value you before you’ve handed money over.

Update: My approach was not negative or aggressive at all, and I was never informed of the cancellation of the trial class before the time of the class. This is completely incorrect information, and I have all the correspondence recorded.

Good customer service. We've been dealing with Brother Zaid and he's been very helpful responding to our complaints.

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. This academy is one of the very best and most professional academy ever. Everyone is so kind and understanding. My teacher name is Mariam Mokhtar. Mariam is a phenomenal teacher and I highly recommend her. She is so kind and patient with me. I was super nervous to start this journey of reading and learning more about the Quran. Having an encouraging and patient teacher was key to my success. Mariam has exhibited and surpassed all of my expectations. She is very brilliant and I am so happy to have her as a teacher. May Allah swt reward her and everyone else in this organization.
