for some reason my computer don't let…

for some reason my computer don't let me open, when I type my password say wrong PIN, so l made it several times because my password is the same forever, so finally l click in forgot my PIN and then send me a code in my email but i can't opened and then the computer simple don't respond, so my daughter call microsoft support and you guys answer and he guide us thru and we are here, looking good and ready to work, l already lost the whole day but glad that is over, thank you
