Resimpli was a huge letdown. It’s completely overhyped and overpriced for what it actually delivers. As a real estate investor, I expected a streamlined, all-in-one system that would simplify my workflow—but instead, it felt clunky, confusing, and inefficient from the start. Basic functions like managing leads, tracking campaigns, and filtering data were much harder than they should be, and the interface isn’t nearly as intuitive as advertised. Instead of saving time, it actually created more work and slowed down my process.

The skip tracing was poor, and the dialer is extremely clunky. On top of that, the connect rate was very low, which makes the whole system even less effective. It was so bad that the first time I tried to use their data provider, it didn’t even work—I couldn’t pull lists for an entire week after already paying for the software.

Customer support didn’t make things any better. Responses were slow and not very helpful, and to make matters worse, canceling isn’t straightforward. I even tried canceling within the app and that didn’t work—you actually have to email customer support or they’ll continue charging you. Overall, it just doesn’t deliver for real estate investors. The whole experience felt like a waste of time and money and definitely not worth the hype or the cost.

I've been waiting for an AI platform to replace or enhance my team. RESimpli has DELIVERED and it's still in testing phase. I am extremely excited.

The Resimpli team has been absolutely amazing. It can be difficult navigating a new CRM. I love how everyone jumps in and is ready to help.

The platform is simple and user friendly. I can manage my leads with ease and automation. And the customer service is phenomenal!
