Some pictures were partially shown. There are empty pages that does not look so great with this expensive album. It should had been edited carefully that whole images are shown before it was finalized.There are duplicate pictures too.

Worst service ever, no help from customer service.
I ordered my book on Dec 8th as a Christmas gift to allow ample time for delivery. However I have not received any updates on when the book would arrive. The chat system is nonexistent and not helpful. With the emails they don’t respond, on the website it says delayed, & I still do not know when it will arrive but a generic email stating that it will not arrive on Christmas but also doesn’t state when it would arrive. Just a disappointment & J fully agree with all the negative reviews, they should have been transparent with their delays and let their customers know. This is the worst online service, PLEASE BE ADVISED DO NOT USE.

Very nice layout and reasonable price. I'm enjoying reviewing my favorite photos of family and travels from the past year. It took a little longer than expected to receive the order until I realized it was been produced and shipped from the Netherlands.

I couldn't be more pleased. I upgraded to the open flat feature and heavier paper. It is beautiful and over 500 pictures for only around $125.

Absolutely shocked with my experience…

Absolutely shocked with my experience of Resnap. I ordered five photo books on the 29th of November as Christmas presents for my whole family, with assurance that my order would arrive within 5-10 working days. It got to mid December and I had heard nothing, when I finally got through to someone via Facebook messenger I was guaranteed that my order would arrive for Christmas. Then yesterday I received an email stating that my order was delayed and would no longer arrive in time for Christmas, oh and also a laughable line at the very end “but don’t worry! Here’s a £30 voucher to use on our website next time...” - no thanks. OF COURSE you’re going to have an influx of Christmas orders in November / December! How could you not be prepared for this? Thanks Resnap for taking my money and leaving me with nothing to gift my family on Christmas Day! I would urge anyone to steer clear of this website.
I look forward to receiving an unhelpful generic response from customer service shortly after posting this review :) You can help me by sending me my order, after 22 days and counting!

!!!!!NEVER ORDER FROM HERE, BELIEVE EVERY BAD REVIEW!!!!!!!

I ordered a book on 2nd December 2019 for my boyfriends birthday on 17th December. This left 13 working days to have the book delivered. Resnap state a 5-10 day delivery time when within the UK, so I gave leeway for a few slip ups. On the 10th working day (whereby, I had received no info about my book) I decided to get in contact with their terrible live chat service....what a pleasure! I began to explain the situation, the response contained no apologies, no sympathy, but a great reassurance that it will be here by Christmas!!...yippee. Baring in mind it was bought - as explained on live chat for the 17th. Since this day I have tried to get in contact numerous times, however they've coincidently cut off the live chat each time. Its now 20th December, still no book 18 days later, still says "delayed" and "in production" on my account, and I am 100% certain this won't even arrive for Christmas, and probably won't even make it to my house full stop. So if you want a service providing no help, no product and to waste your money...place an order!

I am so very disappointed with the book…

I am so very disappointed with the book that I received. The pictures are blown up the heads are cut off it’s terrible!! I did try to contact someone by email twice and no one ever got back to me! So I am very very disappointed. Penny Guldin

Such a letdown, poor service Resnap, I will now Desnap your company and call you Fesnap as you take every ones fees but don’t deliver.

The delays were a result of a much higher number of Black Friday orders than we’d anticipated, which has had the biggest impact on orders placed at the start of December.

Our aim was to have all orders shipped on time. Even though we managed to dispatch most of the orders, there are some customers who were not so fortunate. Again, we do understand this doesn't excuse any feelings of disappointment felt through this experience.

I am having trouble contacting customer…

I am having trouble contacting customer services! I placed an order in time for Christmas delivery but can't get an order update. I then checked yesterday and no order history is coming up, my money was taken though!!!
I have made 3 attempt on the 'chat' service but never get a response.
I now have no idea what is happening and don't want to cancel in case it is in production and will arrive for Christmas. It's a gift for my mum and am really worried.
Order with caution....so far my experience has not been good. Lets hope things improve in time for Christmas delivery!

As you're already aware due to the time of year, we have been experiencing delays on all orders. Again, we're extremely apologetic to hear your order is also caught up in this.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders this also meant that all our communication lines have been exceptionally busy. We absolutely understand and appreciate the further frustrations felt when trying to receive more details on your order through our Care Department, only to not reach anyone.

We do communicate order details through our website via the Order Status option. We apologise that the details there did not provide the information you were looking for.

By now you would have received two emails from us with further details of the delays.

I have ordered 3 books so far and they all have been great quality and fast return. I emailed them with questions and go an answer pretty quick and it was helpful. Over all great experience

Terrible customer service, Christmas delivery not honoured

appalling. similar to other customers here I ordered 2nd dec a photobook as a special gift for a young boy who met his biological father with the promise it would arrive well in time for Christmas. When I finally got through on live chat I was again GUARANTEED it would still arrive well in time for Christmas. Now it's 19th Dec, no despatch notification, all 'live chats' suddenly cut out without reply, emails left unanswered so I can only assume it won't be ready. I will demand a full refund but even if they had given BASIC customer service to notify people ahead of time for delays so we can go elsewhere but to leave it to us to constantly chase for status knowing it's a Christmas gift and we are stuck for other place to go. It's disgusting. Plenty of other photobook companies out there - I wish I had chosen any one of them.
