Resolute Mortgages  

Every effort I have put trying to get an account with resolute have proved abortive because they ask me for email invite which I couldn't get, please do I get this invite can someone help me? thanks

Following my previous review on financial services, we have also recently used Resolute for selling our previous home. The team were excellent in undertaking this - we were in touch with Rebecca quite a lot, who was friendly, approachable and very professional. It is also worth mentioning that we were also in touch with other staff members including Adrian, Louise, and of course Luke who originally visited our property, all of whom were brilliant and provided an excellent service! We were able to ask various queries (no matter how silly we thought it may be to ask), and they were 'on the ball' in getting things moving (sometimes more than myself, which is brilliant considering I'm usually on top of things!). They looked after the whole process, catching up with everyone in the chain at regular intervals, which was much appreciated and key in completing the sale before the stamp duty deadline. Another plus is that they are all 'straight forward' in letting you know the details, as I have been in touch with other property agents in the past who promise and don't deliver, or don't let you know the whole story.

To add to my previous review now we have been in our new home for two weeks, I would like to say that even though our dealings with Resolute concluded on completion they have not simply ‘washed their hands of us’ but have been helpful in passing letters to the wrong address and small items accidentally packed to go back to our buyers. A special mention must go to Becca who frequently was the first person to answer my calls and with her constant cheeriness and professional manner (and when seen in person her ever present smile) put me at ease in our very lengthy transaction. There was a slight delay when first buying our house with resolute coming back to me but as soon as I spoke with Louise, this all changed.

Louise has always been really helpful and always willing to answer any questions I might have as a first time buyer! I really appreciate all of her help.

I first had contact with the team at Resolute back in March 2020 when I viewed the house I am now so pleased to be moving into! It’s been a ride getting here for reasons out of our control but the team at Resolute have worked throughout COVID to get a result.

We used Resolute's Fixed Fee service and have to say the service was amazing.

I have tried to sell my house several times before and used No Sale No Fee on those occasions. The service received by the other estate agents was terrible.

The contrast to that we received from Resolute on their Fixed Fee service was amazing. From first meeting Luke and feeling his passion for our house, we felt confident with the service we would receive. As other estate agents came round, none reached the bar he had set.

Luke talked us through the options for fixed fee or no sale no fee and we opted for fixed fee as we were determined to sell. However, the service we received you would not know we had paid up front. Resolute worked harder than the previous no sale no fees estate agents to sell the house, and manage the process once an offer had been accepted. We achieved a higher price than had expect when first thinking about selling the house.

I cannot fault Resolute's service at all. We have recommended them to all our friends who are looking to sell, because of the high quality service they gave us.

Resolute were brilliant at putting in place our first mortgage and renewal 2 years later. Communication and knowledge was quick and there was welcome extra support when needed e.g. helping to negotiate offers with agent.
