I sent for one box to try I received 5 boxs and £198 taken out of my account I phoned them up he try to get me to take a certain amount of boxs and return the rest of my money I said I wanted a full return I'm still waiting on it 😡

I have given one star because I cannot write a review with no star selection. Paid my money no order confirmation no product . Emailed message rejected obviously a SCAM

I ordered the special two tubs for 118.36 payment failed to go through at the end so had to redo it and guess what two payments came off my account and no gummies received. Emailed to say I would like full refund of the two payments and guess what no response.

I like many others order these keto gummies on the 7th August which i thought were £39 pounds but they took £118 from my account have still not received order I rang them today 11th sept and they said the order had been returned by myself load of rubbish as i never received it in the first place, some-one should be able to sort this site out and stop more people falling victim to this scam

Further to being charged £198 when the price appeared to be £39. I returned the tablets as soon as I received them, with a covering letter, reiterating that I'd already emailed them stating that I didn't want the product. As I didn't wait for a returns number, my return is 'invalid'. So no refund. So email the company for a RM number and take a photo of the unopened tubs of the product before you return them. Taught me a lesson as I nearly bought another product from another site, but read the reviews first (bad), and didn't sign up for the product. So expensive lesson learnt.

I ordered the gold coast keto, which stated they were £39! Shortly after read the reviews, immediately rang my bank with the details, and they said they had put a stop on the payments which were £198!! That's 5 times more! But at least I could relax, then today,over a week later, the capsules arrived! I rang my bank who said the money had been taken out anyway! I want to return them, and there is a return address on the package, but I would like a confirmation from the company, that they will refund my money please,I am a pensioner and cannot afford that amount for something that is mainly vitamins and caffeine,something that wasn,t on the advert.please would you reply to this- thank you.

I am over £250+ down on what should have been a £39+ order. They even added stuff that I didn't order.
Have requested a refund but haven't heard anything. Am devastated - I am usually so careful about these things. Read the reviews on the advert and it seems so believable.

SCAM Website - SHows you will pay £39 .. then After you have entered card details - You are Billed £199.. They advised Cant cancel as Has been Processed.
Will Also be raising a Complaint through LEGAL Means
Website is a Scan , and Customer Service - Refuse to Do anything. Payment Has been cancelled

Don’t buy from this company. I placed my order which should have cost £59 they toot £118 from my account and I haven’t yet received any email confirmation.

Wife also got caught with £198 being charged to her credit card for a £38 order. Have emailed them but dont hold out much hope. Bank fraud dept informed and claim process underway.

they can improve by not scamming people. I ordered the '1 free bottle' of 'RichGummies.comEssex and had 103.55 taken out of my account.
I am absolutely devastated as being a pensioner cannot afford filthy scammers taking money from me, or others for that matter, for a non-existent product. surely these people can be brought to justice.
i want my money returned though i doubt that will happen. scum!!!!!

My wife has fallen in to the same trap as articulated below, and again is receiving no responses to her attempts to rectify the position. I am in the process of contacting her credit card provider to see if this transaction can be reversed as a S75 claim. Waiting for the transaction to hit her account before progressing.

I wonder where all of the positive reviews on their website come from? Made up clearly as these guys are complete scammers and crooks. It’s all a con and a trick, the police need to get involved asap

This is a scam. My purchase was £39 but they took £198. Website does not exist & they don't answer the phone. Totally ripped off. Feeling very angry

My wife started to place order and got to point where you confirm after putting in credit card details and cancelled. But they took £160 off card for approx. £30 that the order was worth. We called to cancel and get money returned but they refused stated it had already been processed. Just a butch of scammers if you look at where located it just serviced offices. Don't consider buying from these criminals!

It's been over a week and have not received anything or a email saying that is going on not happy 🤬🤬

This is a scam they advertised I would pay ,£40 and get a free bottle when I purchased they took £200 which I did not authorise I have spoken to my bank

Placed a £39 order but was charged £198!!!!!
Very upset and have requested a refund. No response yet. No one answering my phone call, which is charged.
Also been in touch with my bank’s fraud department.
