URGENT REFUND, ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
Hi, one more time after the las 3 weeks, the company you work with (SEUR) wrote me to tell me that they were going to deliver my order number 10100532 today. I spent thw whole day at the delivery adress and with my phone in my hand. Nobody ever came around here or call me or call the reception of the building. I have called thousand times and wrote many claims but nobody gave me any solution, they didnt even answe me. I am very surprised that RIP CURL EUROPE has such a big rate as the customer service has been really bad with my order. I am very very dissapointed. I hope you make make a complete refund of the money of my order including delivery costs (274.99 euros in total) by TOMORROW MORNING. I should also get an apology from you for all the waste of time and energy that I spent waiting for my order to arrive, something that obviously never happened. I think SEUR lied to me and probably to you too. I recomend you not to work anymore with this delivery company. Also Im not ever going to buy any other thing in your online shop and I will tell everyone that I know to do the same. Very bad customer service. If I dont get all my money back tomorrow I will have to go to police to put a new claim.

Very bad service, still no asnwer, I did not received my wetsuit or either my money back. Last time that I am going to buy anything in this shop, and if they don't give my money back I will go to court.
