I ordered the Miracle Lids back in June 2020 and to date 30 January 2021 items have never arrived. Ive have contacted them loads of times each answered by different named people saying the items have been dispatched and have given 2 incorrect courier details for tracking purposes. They are always blaming the courier for delay due to COVID and sanitisation regulations even going on to say a letter was being sent to them to complain. They have never ever taken responsibility to chasing up my order or even sending a replacement because they for well know that one will never ever be sent “a complete SCAM.” DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are now completely ignoring my communications since before Christmas.

I ordered cables back in August . They have not arrived and like others numerous email excuses..DO NOT USE ...scammers ....How can they advertise on facebook ?..

SCAM ALERT‼️Never received my goods (Miracle Wrap). Every email met with excuses until last one to which there was no reply😡 have lost £20

I ordered super charging cables from this company on the 1 august 2020 , they never arrived , I sent numerous e.mails , the last one was changed to 'support @ super charge .com' only to be given varying excuses , they were on the way , sorry about delay , then 'covid 'was used for delivery being held up , then told they had definitely been shipped and would get them soon , they never ever turned up !! Absolute Disgrace people need to be aware of this scam , DO NOT buy for anything from these people , all you'll get is excuses, I even asked for my money back , which I never got , only another excuse asking for more time.....

Ordered super duper cables in July. Keep getting told that they are on the way, they can see that on their system! Offered a partial refund months ago, but Covid was holding them up! Complete scam! Do not use this company! Beware ordering anything from Facebook, because you can’t tell who or where you are ordering from before they have taken your money!

Further to my comments on 11 Nov 20.

Despite numerous emails to them they no longer reply to me. I think they have closed down there Scamming business.
Lessons learned - do not buy anything advertised on Social Media.
I will now contact my bank to see if they can help (not hold my breath though), if not I’ve lost £20 ☹️.

This is the worst company. Where are they located? I would love to visit them. They took my $20.00 and I never received anything. Tons of emails from both me and them but no satisfaction.

This Company is a Fraud they will cheat you out of your money.I ordered charging cables June 3 2020 and we are now Jan 12 2021.They say its in the mail.Sure unless the package is comming from Mars.Today I noticed they are Scammers have charged my Credit Card once again. TIME TO CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORT THESE CLOWNS

I ordered USB charging cable after I saw an add on Facebook in July and never receive anything. They told me to wait several time and now the even not answer me. Stay away to this company !!!

Ordered cables in June and still not arrived. Emailed them constantly and keep getting different excuses and now not responding at all.
I hope people read the reviews before buying form this company. Wish I had but won't make that mistake again

I ordered Miracle Lids in July 2020. When my order hadn't arrived by the end of August I wrote to request an update. They said delivery was slow because of Covid but order would arrive shortly. I wrote again in September, October and November. Their response was that they were facing "instability" in their system but they would eventually provide a refund. This is obviously a scam, as so many other reviewers have pointed out. Very simple system - advertize, take your money, don't deliver. Great way to steal from the public. This is outright fraud!

Avoid these scamming thieves...just read the reviews. They must be making a fortune, stealing money from hard working people like us. Every time I leave a bad review, I suddenly get the below response. Of course, I never hear anything else and there’s more chance of me ridding the entire world of Covid in 24 hours than there is of ever seeing my money again!

Like everyone else, ordered a phone cable in July, 6 months later still not arrived, initially they blamed covid then in November they agree to refund me, no refund received and their excuse is that they are having problems with their payment system, latest excuse is that they're facing instability. Do not order from them, all a lie, they take your money for goods that will never be sent and most likely dont even exist. Buy through a site you can trust not Rocket Commerce.

Ordered the USB charger which was the strongest one around. Now this was allegedly shipped from China on 25th August 2020 and still not received. All I get from the so called " support " is the same old rubbish and it will be tracked once it gets to the UK. Now I know that the USA have similar problems but at least they have some tracking available. All I get now is that it will take 7 Days due to issues with Covid-19 which is just another excuse. So if you have the misfortune to order anything from them go elsewhere!

Like everyone else I ordered some electric cables through an advert and have neither received the product or a refund.

Ordered the fast charge cable for just over £8 in July and all I have had since then is petty excuses about partial or full refund and the delivery of the cable. The tracking order doesn't exist and like others it is a scam. Needs to be dealt with asap.

I agree with all the other reviews. Six months after my order and several emails later, I still have not received my 'miracle lids'. It is obviously a scam, including their automated email replies- which have now stopped. I shall 'put it down to experience'.
