Ordered phone charger cables in July 2020 and all I have received is excuses about Covid-19 delaying delivery and the tracker is non existent, this is a SCAM company and should NOT be used to purchase anything, funny how I asked for a full refund and have not heard a word since !!!!! They only got a star as I couldn’t leave a review without it !!!! Or it would be negative stars !!!!

I ordered RocketCommerce's Miracle Lids in July2020. They sent me a confirmation & a Tracking number within 2 days so I thought what a great response? No, the tracking number never appeared anywhere. I emailed them about once per month to find out what was happening & each time they just blamed it on Covid. I emailed them just before Christmas & got a computerized response about delays & have not heard from them since. They took my money but I never received the product & don't expect to now after 6 months. The company really seemed legitimate & responded each time I emailed them but they just kept saying that it had been shipped. I saw some of the reviews & some seemed happy with them. It would have been nice for them to fulfill what they promised as if these lids are really what they say, it would help keep one-use plastic out of our oceans & landfills.

Don’t buy from this company, I have waited nearly a month for my item to arrive and it’s still not here, there is very little communication from them and I am now seeking my money back

This company is not a trustful company, as I see everyone on here has been scammed for one merchandise or another. I ordered charging cables that cost me $36 plus, back in July 2020, and they have that song and dance down. We have all heard it and no one has been able to get anything from this company, I use the term loosely. I cant believe that this company is still reeling in poor unsuspecting victims. I look up every company now before ordering anything. Straight to the reviews I go. I wish everyone here to a better next New Year and hope that everyone stays safe. Que Sera sera!

I saw their ad for the silicone lids and thought what a great idea. Oh How Wrong Was I. I placed my order on July here is December 25th Christmas day I have yet to have received my order, at this point I am requesting a refund, I no longer want the product, TERRIBLE business 😡😡😡😡

I never received my product after almost 4 months and they only offered me a 25% refund. Do not purchase from them. This is a scam!!!

I too have been chasing for goods ordered via Facebook ad since July. Same rubbish as everyone on here is experiencing although it’s my first time of not receiving something ordered by clicking on an ad from other reputable companies.
Guess I’ll put it down to experience but be a little more vigilant in future. Thankfully but a huge sum lost but it’s irritating the the likes of FB with all their clout allow it seems anyone and everyone to take peoples money.

On June 30, 2020, following a rocket commerce advertisement on the web, I ordered silicone covers. Pay immediately by credit card in the amount of $ 19.94 which was debited from my master card the next morning .. I still have not received the items to order.
So please put my money back on my credit card or send me my items.
If I have no news from your company by December 30, 2020 proceedings will be taken against your company

I just hope there is someone honest in your house to respond to my request as soon as possible.

Same story!!! I ordered cables in June , despite numerous emails reassuring me they were on the way . Offered a 15 percent rebate for my inconvience, it’s 18 Dec now . That is way past being patient. I have had the expense of buying other cables on top. So many bad reviews that are so similar . Has anybody had a cable delivered from this company??? Let’s band together and file a suit to get them shut down. I only spent $28. It’s the fact that they are getting away with ripping us all off. Wish I had never seen that site pop up , it’s also the first time I have ever taken up an offer .

Ordered some wonderful iPhone charging leads back in July 2020. Have chased via email 15 times. Always getting replies with excuses - Yes I am the victim of these scammers

Echo all the previous comments scam artists ordered Pillows £47 over 6 months ago and after many e mails and excuses still no goods . They have now stopped replying to e mails. How are they allowed to continue ?

I am embarrassed to say I have been scammed by this company. Like everybody else, ordered mid year and no cables arrived. Emailed back an forth. They have now stopped replying. Oh well , lesson learnt. If PayPal is not acceptable don’t use them.

Scam company £26 out of pocket. Keep emailing them they reply refund system is not working so can't refund. What a load of cr*p. Can't believe they haven't been closed down

I would like to agree with the posts from other dissatisfied customers . Order placed in August still no cables . If they spent more time delivering the products that people paid good money for than sending automated messages with nearly every excuse under the sun other than their dog ate the order Wem would all much appreciate it . The world does not need these people .

This company is a disgrace. Surely there must be a way of stopping them from trading! I foolishly and unusually placed an order with them in June having been taken in by an advertisement on Google whilst playing a game.
This is something I have never done before or will again.
I have sent repeated emails through the months, some of which were replied to with the usual apologies and reassurance that my item is on its way although they have now ceased replying to me. At some point they told me I would receive a 25% refund for my inconvenience. That's as much of a lie as the rest of their stories.
My fictitious goods only cost me £27 but I really do resent the fact that people are able to advertise and take honest people's money in this way. Companies like Google need to be mindful of the scam advertisers who pay them a fee to steal money from their users!!!

So much like all the other reviews this company took my order, offered me all sorts of upgrades, I even upgraded shipping to expedite my order....what a laugh! They answer 1 out of 10 emails stringing me on saying my order us being held in customs because of COVID-19, only it’s been 7 months now and I am not getting my almost $100 order. These people advertise on Big Blue Bubble games so you think they are reputable, but they just take your money and never deliver. It’s disgusting they have scammed this many people (no telling how many others who didn’t write a review) and gotten away with it. Even if somehow they are held accountable they would NEVER be able to make right what they have wronged because I don’t even believe they have the products they sell to begin with. I really wish I researched before I bought, but I trusted the game I was playing (My Singing Monsters....I play with my kids....) and so I thought it was a legit company. Do NOT fall for the or ANY other company that advertises in games and apps without doing your research. I worry now about them having my credit card information! People like this make me sick and give the good businesses a bad name!

I think game companies (Township, Candy Crush etc) should check the companies they allow to advertise on their sites before they let them scam hard working people like me on their sites or reimburse all of us that are out of pocket. I had purchased quite a few things which had been advertised until I had been ripped off by ROCKET COMMERCE & FK COMMERCE. I don’t purchase anything anymore from gaming sites not even the extra lives
