I ordered 3 voluspa candles and one…
I ordered 3 voluspa candles and one arrived shattered in pieces. When I wrote to them and told them what happened with pictures I received no answer, so 8 days later I sent another email, I am still waiting to hear back from them. They are not very punctual with their emails and I hope I eventually get a reply or some kind of refund. For a European site they are not responsive or prompt.

Great prices for good products, but slow
Great prices, products shipped well and arrived as expected, but customer service is slow. At the time of purchase, my item was back ordered for a few months, and when I didn't receive an update when it was due to ship out, I had to reach out to customer service a couple of times before getting a response. However, when they finally responded, the issue was promptly resolved.
