Slowest service ever

Slowest service ever. Ordered in early June for a birthday. Just arrived today / end of August. No communication. Wish I didn’t buy from them.

Trusted go to for pretty things

Royal Design has been a trusted go to for me for several years. I tend to like a lot of brands that aren't readily available to me in the US and Royal Design has a good selection at reasonable prices. They describe things well on the website and customer service is responsive should there be a problem. Items arrive quickly and well packed for shipping.

Rosendahl Grand Cru Outdoor wine glass

I am happy with the quality and design of the Rosendahl Grand Cru Outdoor wine glasses but was surprised to receive 12 wine glasses when I thought that I had ordered 6 glasses. The web page for this item doesn't indicate that they are sold as two glasses per set. There's also contradictory information on the material composition of the glasses. One place on the web page says glass and another Ecozen. I would have preferred to pay less and receive the number of glasses I thought I had ordered.

EU product Shipped from Sweden

I just received the order and was very disappointed to see that the unit only works for 220V. If you are selling products in the USA and advertising as Royaldesign USA, you really shouldn't be selling a 220V product.
I also see that your return policy is that I have to pay for returning the product.

On the product page for the lamp ordered we inform that the lamp is of EU standard and will need a special adapter to convert the 220V to 110V.

Pack really badly

an update. We thought the $200 pan was safe from the bad packaging, but it’s also damaged. No foam or any protective material around the rim means that the pot lid will rub and scrape against the body, We're extremely disappointed that we're unable to enjoy anything you've sent us so far.

Pots arrived all broken and no response to take care of it

Three of the plant pots I ordered arrived broken, and one was missing entirely. The shipment took almost three weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the condition was poor. I tried to contact their customer service three times already, but no response. I believe they are based in Germany, and their customer service hours are inconvenient for someone in the US California time zone. Ultimately, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and will never order from them again.

Love our lovely Mateus cups we have had…

Love our lovely Mateus cups we have had some for 10 years and are adding to them they are lovely to drink coffee and tea from …delivered quickly with parcel tracking and expertly packed. We can’t find them in Sydney. Very happy.

Two of my three items arrived…

Two of my three items arrived shattered. I took video the same day and sent company an email letting them know. It has been over a week and I have not yet heard back from them. I also find it very hard to connect with them via phone.

The order was quickly dispatched

The order was quickly dispatched. My mistake to order an item ( a lamp) that was way too big for my living room. Informed the customer service that I have to return it, still waiting for response. Hopefully I will be able to give 5 stars not only for buying but also for returning the lamp ( which is BTW gorgeous).
