Hello Ms White. No, you're safe, we are not a scam or dodgy company. :-) We received your order late Friday 18th afternoon and it has been processed accordingly. Your item needed to be moved from the European warehouse and should be shipped to you within the 7 working days stated on our website. As soon as it hits our warehouse it will ship to you same day either by Royal Mail 1st Class or next working day courier. Definitely use again

Delivery was quick - appreciated the advice on sizing before my purchase. Would definitely use again when I need more Carhartt tops. Thanks ruff n tuff!

taking a while

taking quite a while for any updates on my order, last I heard it had been processed but nothing much else, looked around to see if it was a legit site and everything points to yes so hoping I hear from them soon.

Can’t recommend

Items arrived in good condition BUT their communication was awful. I was going to be away the following week so I chased up in an email to see when to expect it and didn’t appreciate the tone of their response, which basically said I should have read the website and it takes 7-10 days from Europe. Fair enough but I only wanted an expected delivery date, not a sassy reply.
When the items did arrive with them, I got an email saying it was dispatched but had to chase them for tracking. Was sent with Hermes (Evri 🤢) and Ruff n Tuff must not have passed on my details as I got no emails from Hermes, which is very unusual.
Wouldn’t buy from again, I’m afraid. Good Customer service is essential and a stinking attitude will turn customers away faster than poor product.

We are to sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received from us relating to your order.
You were quite correct in your first e-mail to us. As your order was placed between Christmas and New Year, we and the delivery companies normal working hours were different. In an effort to make this clear on our website, we made the necessary changes to our delivery terms and pinned a statement to every page on the site. Given your observations on Trustpilot, we will reassess this process next year.
We may have taken a little longer to reply to your e-mail enquiries as they were all sent at weekends and Bank holidays when our customer services is closed, but we assure you they were attended to within a few hours of us re-opening. We try to offer factual responses with a personal / friendly approach, not sassy in any way, so we are sorry that you interpreted it as such.
We did indeed use Evri (Hermes) to facilitate your free delivery to Armagh. As Evri approach our customers directly to advise of delivery times, your full and complete contact details plus delivery requirements, were most definitely passed to them, so we are sorry to hear that they did not follow our / your instructions, necessitating you having to contact us directly the following day for the tracking number. We can only assume that Evri, along with all other carriers, were struggling with increased volume due to the UK postal strikes.
Once again, please accept our apologies for your shopping experience with us.

Your order was placed on Christmas Eve and was processed as soon as we returned to the office on the next business day. Our delivery terms clearly state that items may take 7 working days and we appreciate this seems a long time when there are a lot of Bank Holidays involved such as the days between Christmas and New Year, however this is clearly beyond our control. You requested a refund on the New Year's Bank Holiday Monday which was processed for you within two hours of our offices opening the following day. We did not receive any communication from you between your order and your request to cancel so were not given the opportunity to explain our delivery terms or advise when your order would have been delivered to you. Whilst we welcome feedback of any nature, your negative review is unwarranted given the circumstances.

Ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas…

Ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas present and it’s 1st January and still haven’t received it, or even notification that it’s been dispatched. Contacted asking when it can be expected and was told that it normally takes 7 working days to be dispatched from distribution centre however due to Christmas this would probably be longer. Now over 14 days since order was placed and still no word.

Dear Ms Brewer

We’re sorry that you feel we have let you down. Like most online companies we have been impacted by postal strikes and the knock on effect that has had on courier companies. We anticipated these circumstances, so we took the difficult decision to close our guaranteed pre-Xmas delivery date on the 12th December, reluctantly posting that on every page of our website.

All orders placed after that time, such as yours from the 18th, were still processed in the usual manner and we did everything in our power to fulfil what we could before Xmas. We are indeed sorry to say that yours was not one of those we could complete.

Our skeleton team that worked between Xmas and New Year replied to your chaser e-mail within a couple of hours of opening on the 28th, providing you with the best update they could at that time. Now that our warehouse and associated couriers are back working as normal after the New Year, we are pleased to say that your sweatshirt was shipped by overnight carrier yesterday. As promised, you will have receive shipping confirmation from us, plus a tracking number and a time slot from the courier (currently between 10.21am - 12.21pm).

Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
