Place my order, received the rug in a timely fashion... however the rug was nothing like the picture I ordered from, it was a completely different color. I called about returning it, the customer service was very nice, but was told it was at my expense to return it. I’ve never dealt with a company where you have to pay to return an item. I was completely dissatisfied with my Rugs Direct experience.
