I ordered a sweatshirt in large and when it arrived it was to large. So I ordered a medium and when it came it is a medium but a different brand of sweatshirt. Because of the difference in sizing between the two brands the medium was just as big as the first shirt that was a large. They are sending me a new smaller shirt. They have great customer service and the shirts are beautiful just to big. Thank you rush order tees
Five Stars. They took care of me when I got shirts that seemed a bit too small. Phone support was quick and easy. Resolution was nearly instant. Can't say I've had much better customer support than that. 10/10 will use rush order tees every single time again in the future. I order custom funny t shirts for my family and friends every year.
The size of shirt I got was in a youth size, and I contacted them and they responded very fast saying they would replace it with the right size
Incredible. I placed an order two years ago for some custom work for my dad, and just recently it was lost. Through their customer service live chat, they were able to locate the original order and replace the exact items, as well as order a few more. WONDERFUL experience.
i received my custom hoddie with my company name and logo on it but it was the wrong size. as soon as i contacted them they told me that they would send me the right size right away!
RushOrderTees is so quick with their mailing! I ordered a hoodie that was a size to small and I sent them an email. Within 24 hours they replied and mailed me a hoodie with a size larger. Paid extra to have product delivered in time for event. On the day they were set to arrive I contacted the company for a status update only to have them tell me the size was out of stock, They knew for weeks and never contacted me. Left me in the lurch. Horrible customer service.
My order shipped quickly and ahead of schedule. I’m very happy with the quality of the print. I had a sizing issue with one of the shirts but they were very quick to fix it and send me a replacement. Highly recommend!

I've purchased before and LOVED the product compared to anything I'd ordered elsewhere, but bought new style shirts, which I wasn't crazy about when they arrived. I brought up my concerns and they went above and beyond to address. I was so nervous initially, and ended up feeling SO CARED about! I will continue to order, knowing even if something isn't ideal, there will be no problem. I am so excited to shop for some winter gear now!

This was my first time ordering from RushOrderTees and I am extremely impressed. I was in need of about 30 sweatshirts with our company logo in about 2 weeks. They were on top of it! I got them the logo and they had the proof to me within a few days. When I was not satisfied with the color, they worked with me to get the correct hue to match our logo immediately. They had the sweatshirts to us 3 days later!! The customer service was amazing, the communication was thorough, the sweatshirts are an excellent quality, the logo is perfect and they were extremely fast! This is my 1st time ordering from Rush Order Tees and I'm glad I did. My order did arrive on time. I ordered a custom blue hoodie as a gift for a good friend and I know he will absolutely LOVE IT. As is our custom to have “group t-shirts” at our not-so-often family vacations, I found myself in quite a bind as it was now Wednesday and we were leaving on Friday to meet the family at Bg Cedar Lodge in Missouri, and I had totally forgotten to order printed t-shirts! I made multiple calls to local companies; no help on such short notice. Desperation took me to the web where I quickly discovered “Rush Order Tees” and their wonderful representative, Jill Toomey! I do not navigate the web very well, and particularly when designing is involved, both genders, and an enormous variety of sizes. Jill took over and my anxiety was immediately calmed. A box of beautifully printed t-shirts awaited my arrival at the reservation desk of Big Cedar Lodge. I will be forever grateful to Jill and this great company, and from now on will use and highly recommend to others "Rush Order Tees"!
