Great Service. It's great to be able to chat online rather than waiting on the phone. Lewis Redpath answered my questions really quickly.
I've long been a fan of Sage. It simply does all you need, and more, and it's relatively user friendly. When it's not, it can be a pain trying to reach the support team; but when you do they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, turning a catastrophe into a simply fixed issue.
I was lucky to deal with Lewis Redpath, who quickly worked out what I was doing wrong, quickly told me what to do, quickly sent the right link, then quickly went off to help another struggling customer.
If you have problems with Sage, hopefully you'll deal with Lewis - he's a star.
Great service, so good to actually get to talk to a person rather than a machine. Then within 10 minutes were able to resolve the problem.

Lewis Redpath sorted out our issue with online admin very efficiently, although I was a bit startled to find he'd made our generic address the new online administrator. However, on thinking about it, it is the most effective solution so that solves a lot of problems. Very intuitive customer service!

I had arranged a call with Sage to help with a update. Linzi Hudson called exactly on time and from the beginning of the call to the end she was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful but couldn't fully resolve the issues I've been having with bank feeds not working for weeks now. I understand that banks are making changes but surely these should be tested in advance to avoid all this disruption.

Upgrading Sage 50 Accounts to latest version to enable MTD was done easily with the support given by Sage. Issue regarding number of users was soon rectified by refreshing the licence details.
