Ordered a lovely bed and asked Jennifer if she would hold delivery for six weeks. Six weeks turned into seven and the bed was delivered exactly when we wanted it. The delivery drivers were helpful and courteous. We didn’t get them to put the bed up as the room was still not ready but they were all prepped for it. We put the bed up the following day and very pleased with it. Special thanks to Jennifer for all her help,

Please DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered a double bed for my daughter's Xmas and a single bed was delivered. The number I called couldn't help as apparently they were only the courier company - despite this being the number I called to discuss headboard sizes the week previous! I then tried two email addresses multiply times and no reply! They are absolute scammers! And the more I read, the more people seem to have had the same experience in recent times especially. Please, DO NOT be conned by these people.

Sam ordered and arranged for delivery of a matching sofa bed and sofa for me. He kept me informed at every stage of the process and delivered when he said it would be delivered. The delivery guys were fantastic. They took great care with delivery, unwraped and removed all the wrappings. They even took my old sofas away to be recycled. Really good quality and at an excellent price. I will definitely use Sam's again.

Fantastic experience at Sam's, customer service, over and above from both Sam and Karen. Priced around, cheapest in the Highlands. Bought beds and bedroom furniture. Good quality beds and mattresses that were the same price as the main competitors cheap beds. Delivered, assembled with no hassle. Thank you, much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

We have just had a delivery of a beautiful two seater couch and tub chair. Very happy with the high quality products, friendly and professional service which Sam and his team pride themselves on. Delivery and installation was first class. An excellent experience from shop to floor.

Contacted Sam's Furniture via Messenger as I had a few questions I required answered. Within minutes I had a response and an appointment booked for a time that suited me, to visit the shop.
From start to finish the service I received was second to none. From Sam instore, to the men who delivered. Professional, friendly and accommodating. I am over the moon with my new suite. Was in my home, less than 24hrs after payment. Now that's what I call service. Highly recommend, quality goods!

Went in to Sams looking for bedroom furniture, was looking for something super cheap that would just to the job. . . whilst looking around my partner and I fell in love with a complete bedroom set (Spanish painted). We loved it so much we set our hopes on replacing the full bedroom set. Together we ordered a kingsize bedframe, tall boy 5 drawer unit, 4 over 4 wide drawer chest. This was a somewhat unplanned increased spend so we had a chat with Sam and we placed a deposit then paid up the rest on an account in store. Once the sum was fully paid up we set a date for delivery! The items were well packaged and well protected. The delivery guys that came were extremely friendly and very professional and proficient. It felt like Christmas day opening up our beautiful furniture! The furniture was all ready built and complete, it was all beautifully made and is good solid quality oak wood. We are so delighted with the quality, even 2 years on the furniture looks as good as new and has little to no signs of any form of wear! Would highy recomend Sams to everyone from the staff, process of sales and delivery!
