I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This was by far the most disappointing photo shoot experience I've ever had. The photo quality was shockingly poor blurry, badly lit, and clearly not edited properly. It honestly looked like the photos were taken by someone with no real knowledge of photography.

I reached out to follow up and express my concerns, but received no reply at all completely unprofessional. I expected at least some level of accountability or customer service, but got ignored instead.

I wasted both time and money, and ended up with nothing usable. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Do not ruin your event. The photographer was completely amateur—she didn’t speak English, didn’t communicate, and had no idea how to shoot an engagement proposal. She ruined everything. Not a single good photo came out. She didn’t even know how to adjust the lighting properly; All she wanted was to get the job done, take the money, and leave. There was no artistry, no ethics, no professionalism—she and photography are from entirely different worlds.

Dont book your photoshoot with them. We received photos very late after following up for many days. Photos were not edited, video were not shared. I tried to contact them but person doesn't pick up the call. Its a scam. Waste of time and money.

Do Not use them! I am a tour guide and had 23 ladies photographed in Mykonos. The worst experience ever! Shoot was 10/7/2023, the ladies have yet to get their finished pictures 11/9/2023. The dropbox link is a joke, dropbox wants you to subscribe and pay for more storage. One link sent to me with 999 pics. Was not aware I was responsible to send photos to the ladies. Epic fail - took time to give photo numbers and emails for each lady, it was stated they would send and take care of it. Still no photos. Ladies pay for something they have not gotten. The link sent to me; Photos were not good quality. Just a nightmare!

Terrible after-sales service. They're done with you after you've handed over your money.
I booked a photoshoot with this company for Aug 4, 2019. I paid 200 euros for photography package in exchange for unedited raw files. After the shoot, it took more than a week just to send me the unedited files which is TOO LONG for a simple photo upload. And it was jpeg format, not raw as we agreed. I kept messaging their support to send me the raw files. They promised they will send it within the day but they did not send any. After a few more days, I contacted their support again but they avoided responding already.

The photos: out of ~500 photos, only about 10 are good. Most are under exposed, overexposed, my face was blurred, flash did not fire off, or the framing and composition is just terrible.

Poor images, poor service quality. I do not recommend their service.
