They tried to scam me
They tried to scam me. After my package was failed to deliver twice they asked me if I wanted another reship or refund. I told them I wanted a refund.
They responded that they’d reship it, and then never did. They didn’t answer my messages after that. I sent them many messages for ~2 months with no response.
I reported them through my bank and noticed they’d removed all my previous tickets so that I’d have no proof to send my bank. Luckily I’d a few saved, which was enough. Sateenkaarikauppa sent me a few letters trying to explain the situation and called me dumb for reporting them.
I got my money back through the bank.

Hi! I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I can assure that we never meant to scam you.
I am sorry to hear that the delivery wasn't succesful. We were told that you were not at home to receive the parcel during any of the delivery attempts. We tried to send you the parcel twice. Unfortunately this was beyond our control.
Whereas we do our best to settle things with couriers, unexpected delays or obstructions can sometimes occur especially if a customer is not present at the delivery address during any of the delivery attempts.
After the failed delivery attempts, you sent us messages calling us scammers and threathening with a chargeback. We kindly explained that if you file for a chargeback, we won't be able to refund the money directly and it will take you longer to get your money back. We never called you dumb, we only tried to explain that filing for chargeback will take much longer than letting us refund the payment directly.
Fortunately we were able to solve this issue with our payment processor and refund the order normally. There was never a chargeback. We tried explaining this to you.
We are not able to delete tickets and we never do that, as we have just as much of an interest in retaining chat logs. We did respond to your messages but apparently some of our responses got lost on their way.
We are sorry that you had a bad experience and that we weren't able to deliver your parcel despite our attempts. We wish however, that you were truthful in your review.
