Could be better
Initially my experience in acquiring the advertised services for €1 wasn't as expected due to the fact that upon subscribing without noticing, an additional service was selected and the charge was little more than €30. The service provided wasn't what I needed and asked for a refund. After many messages I have managed to get it which is why I raised my experience from 1 star to 3 stars. But be careful when subrscribing.

my wife n i use this to coordinate when one of us is heading back so we dont make duplicate trips for groceries or whatever. some of the 1 star reviews complain about it not being instant but like... the person has to actually click the link, thats how it works. its not magic. only thing id change is letting me customize what the sms says but the link sharing through messenger works fine for us

Matched with a guy online and something was off. Ran his username - he had several accounts under different names, even a Telegram. Saved me from a super awkward coffee date. Highly recommend if you're careful on the internet.

I thought Scannero was just another "tracking app," but I tried it when I lost my phone at a cafe. I sent the link to my number, and someone clicked on it! I got the live location right away. I have to admit, I was impressed. There was a small problem: the app froze for a second, but it came back quickly.

I paid once and withdrawed but you charged me for next two consequent months. This is ridiculous. You also stated that you gave my money back mut i have zerrrrrrro incoming payments from you. I had to discard my debit card and make a statement to officials. What a waste if time and energy. I do not recommend this company. It was useless to me and made me waste my time and took money without consent and lie about getting it back. Voila!

I mostly use this on my computer and the dashboard is way easier to navigate on a bigger screen. That said, having to log into a browser on my phone every time is kind of annoying when im out. Would really like a proper mobile app at some point. The location by link feature is solid though - my family actually responds on whatsapp unlike sms which they never check

Scam
Someone is creating social media accounts impersonating me so I wanted to find out where else the username is being used. I paid the 71p for a 1 day trial, which was fine. Then goes on to try and charge more money for support, and there's no way of accessing your account so I'm assuming this company will take the full monthly payment tomorrow. Thankfully I used a one time online card for this so they'll be unable to take any money. It's a scam. Do not use this!

Igot a message from someone about a listing, but they had no profile pic and just a number. so i did a reverse phone lookup and it turned out to be a prepaid number linked to a totally different name. felt kinda scammy, so i just passed. these checks are super helpful when you're selling to strangers!

As a solo traveler, I initially misunderstood how the 'Location by Link' feature worked. I thought sending a link meant I was broadcasting my location to my family. Turns out, it's the opposite—when someone clicks the link, their location is shared with the sender. This distinction is crucial! Once I realized I needed my family to send me the link so I could click it to update them, it worked perfectly.
