DO NOT USE SCANNERO.IO

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. There's an almost certain chance that you will lose money if you sign up...even to the trial offered.
It is virtually impossible to cancel your subscription which you need to do to stop the bank from sending subscriptions to them. The company operates from a Cyprus address.

My honest opinion is. Its as near to being illegal as you can get whilst remaining legal.

If I could give a negative I would

If I could give a negative I would. Another site with the bait free trial, you select that, takes you to the next screen, where there are two more lines on offer and the continue message, so I ignored the extras clicked continue, went through the payment, and then received the receipt including the extra costs. Then spent 20 minutes figuring out how to unsubscribe. To top it off I get a call from the online fraud attached to my card querying if I had made the transaction . Sounds like scannero should change their name to scameroo. Have requested refund, not holding my breath. Don't bother with them.

I use Scannero to track my elderly…

I use Scannero to track my elderly parents. It’s comforting to know that I can check in without being pushy. The first time I used it, I tracked my mom when she got lost at the supermarket, and we were able to find her right away. This feature has saved me so many anxious moments. If you’re caring for an older family member, I can’t recommend this enough.

Immediate refund

My hubby lost his phone we were trying to trace it so joined Scannero for a days trial. They took 71p for that but then took £28 off my bank. I disputed this and seemingly I had agreed to it, I guess in my rush I didn't uncheck some things, however they immediately refunded the £28 to my account which arrived that day.
Ryan Baker the gentleman who replied was polite and helpful. I now feel this is a very trustworthy company to deal with.

I use it to verify potential client…

I use it to verify potential client contact details and it has saved me hours of research. I can instantly find the name, carrier details, sometimes ither information linked to the phone number. It’s straightforward and doesn't overcomplicate things. While it’s not perfect (it doesn’t work for all numbers), when it does work, it’s spot-on. The pricing is reasonable for the results you get.

I honestly don’t understand some of the…

I honestly don’t understand some of the complaints about hidden fees. Everything related to Scannero’s pricing and subscription plans was clearly stated on their website. I’ve used other services that were a lot more complicated, but Scannero made the process straightforward and transparent.

I am very disappointed by this site

I am very disappointed by this site . I have never been scammed , but this website just scammed me . I was charged 57,35€ when they said a 3 day trail for a 1,40€ . Stay away from this website and report if you can so more people dnt loose their money

One thing I really like about…

One thing I really like about Enterprise2u is the transparency. I always know what fees I’m paying before I confirm, and the reports make it clear where my money is going. I’ve dealt with brokers that felt deliberately confusing in this area, so having that clarity is refreshing. Trades are executed instantly, and withdrawals arrive quickly. It feels like a platform designed to earn trust over the long term.

This is the worst business I had…

This is the worst business I had experienced with in my entire life. They literally stole 60 and something dollars by forcing me to pay for additional services that I don’t need, instead of $1 trial and when I asked for refund they just didn’t want to pay me. Absolutely disgusting business. BIG SCAM

Total rip off

Total rip off, don’t sign up with them or any of their partners such as MySpy. I spent £60 and got nothing in return. Their help desk is annoying and refers to tickets that you can’t see.

Absolutely angry refund

Did the trial for this which is fine, I was need of finding a missing person. Not only did this not work but I was charged $54. After clicking the initial trial it went to another screen when I went to scroll down it charged me. Contacted they don't give refunds, they are saying I accepted. I clicked on nothing only scrolled down.
They said I had a chance to cancel (nope I did not) I couldn't even find cancel subscription button.
The girl showed a screenshot of what I should've clicked.

Buyer beware of being charged for services you do not need/want.

I, like many reviewers, feel I have been scammed for the full monthly subscription (and more) when requesting a trial subscription of 1 day. The website is unclear and misleading.
I was wanting a trial subscription, and had no intention of taking out a monthly subscription yet my credit card was charged on the same day for a monthly subscription of £28.46 and one day later another £39.50 (ostensibly for an enhanced subscription).
Potential users need to be very careful and aware of this practice.

Following this review the company got in touch with me and re-imbursed the two charges within less than a week for which I thank them.
