Have only just started the Calming chews so can’t say much about those just yet but we’ve incorporated Scooch supplements into Buddy’s mealtime before and have never had any issue with them! I’m reall... See more

The Scooch Anal Gland supplement seems to be improving the consistency of both my dogs’ poos.
I also appreciate the subscription model, so I don’t have to remember to re-order. I haven’t tried canceling yet, so TBC if it’s as easy to cancel as it is to sign up.
Useless Anal Gland Treatment - Don't Waste Your Money
I bought two packs of their 'anal gland' treats and gave them to my dog religiously - everyday.
We're just back from the vet where we were faced with a £52 bill to clean out her 'very full anal glands'.
In other words, these treats are 100% useless and a massive waste of money.
She thinks they're a treat!
The delivery was speedy. More to the point, my dog thinks the Anal Gland chew supplement is a treat!
DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY:
DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY:
Their website is intentionally misleading, with the main objective being to onboard unwitting customers as ‘subscribers’. The cancellation process is also hidden/tricky to navigate. It’s an old trick and one that should be banned.
Had I not noticed the repeat subscription they would have charged me almost £360 per annum for a fairly basic product. I buy lots of things regularly for my dog and don’t need a subscription for any of them!
Also, the return process is tricky and at your own time / expense!!!
Won’t ever use them again. A shame as the product itself doesn’t seem too bad.
Wouldn't cancel my subscription and stop my order!!!
I tried to cancel my subscription as it wasn't working out for my dog. I gave them enough time to cancel my order. They then emailed me saying are you sure you want to cancel my order and took my money and send it anyway.
not so tasty treat
I can't tell you how good this product is because my dog won't go near them. They are advertised as tasty chews but my dog didn't get the memo, so I have wasted my money.
Good Product, Poor Service
To be honest Anal Chews seem to work but ? Don’t answer emails, trying to adjust / cancel subscription they don’t listen/answer. Customer service is awful
Delighted Dog
Love Ed’s delight whenever I rustle the Scooch bag. Knowing it’s helping keep him healthy and he can’t wait for his next one is a total win win

The Scooch treats have really helped my dog with her anal glands. The fishy smell has all but disappeared. She finds it easier to go to the toilet too
Order never sent, can't seem to cancel, zero customer service
Ordered 'calming' over a week ago as we had a stressful event coming up - my order just sat there remaining 'unfulfilled' with no communication from Scooch. I ended up having to get something from my vet (Nutracalm, far cheaper, works great, highly recoomend!!) so no longer needed product. Repeatedly emailed to cancel order but no reply... at this point I am still in the dark, no refund, no word from Scooch.
Order # 65144 if you're reading this guys!!
Far too expensive and sneaky charges
Product seems to work but is so so so expensive. The number of chews in the bag varies and do not last the period of time suggested. To keep my dog on their recommended number of chews per day it was going to cost me over £50 per month. Absolutely bonkers price for dog chews. The also snuck in a premium service charge to the subscription which I didn't initially notice. This is a very typical online subscription ploy which is shockingly poor service and very very dishonest in my option.
The idea seems good but in practice this is just a money pit product

Great product which makes me feel like I am doing something good for my best boy.
They are good but doesn’t work on my dog
I can recommend Scooch anal chews
I give my dog Scooch anal gland chews after she had an anal abscess and the vet recommended adding fibre to her diet. I give her one chew a day ( which are so tasty that she takes them willingly as she thinks I am giving her a treat!). Her poos have become much firmer and bulkier and that has helped her empty her anal sacks so she has had no more problems since.
I can highly recommend Scooch anal chews.
A nightnare to cancel
Cancelled a few months back. They kept sending me more products and charging me again. No apology and now I have to pay to return the batch they have just sent me even after proving them with screenshots of their system showing I had cancelled it. No apology. Such a headache and so many emails. Terrible service, total nightnare to cancel!!

I had scooch recommended to me by a friend as one of my dogs has gland issues. They are a game changer. Another of my dogs has anxiety issues so tried the calming treat they are also a game changer ! Being as we seem to be on a role with things working. I decided to try my dachshund on the itch treat waiting for it to arrive keeping everything crossed it has same impact as I’ve tried everything else x watch this space
So far so good
So far so good. Gizmo's anal glands were empty on the last vet check. As he has only been on them a short time, I will continue using them and will see what his next vet check says..
SCOOCH has changed my dogs life.
SCOOCH has changed my dogs life.
He’s been having one a day for 3 weeks now and the consistency of his stools as changed they are solid he does a fair amount instead of struggling to go and doing a lot of straining a bit here and there. He just goes now and with ease all at once solid and with no discomfort x
