Great locks. Simple to attach and use. No complain whatsoever.

Editing my original review to uograde: the scoot lock was swiftly dispatched, with a handwritten note and QR code for a YouTube video demonstrating how to fit. On receiving the item, I thought the plastic cap was broken - don't do what I did and make sure you watch the video, it makes sense how it works! I reached out to Cheryl via the website online form, and she has been very communicative explaining the issue - I suspect this query comes up on occasion so try the video first. The lock itself is solid and functional. Sadly, it is only really designed for young children's scooters, from mini up. My son's Blindside Neo Pro scooter (8+) is apparently too thick as the plastic bracket cracked with only gentle gradual tightening. I'd love to give 5 stars but I can't use it and I wouldn't have bought if I'd known. Cheryl herself is lovely so if you have issues, do reach out, but watch the video first!

Ordered one some months ago for my Daughter's scooter and just recently purchased one for my Son's. The fact they're attached to the scooters and don't require any keys was the biggest appeal for me over a standard lock. It makes the school run much less hassle with the easy mechanism and combination lock. So far, so good!

Lock too small for our Scooter. We had to buy longer screws.
When we made the order we did not recieve an email with an order confirmation. Wood be better if you put more screws with different sizes in the bag.

Bought four of these - all different colours for our kids scooters. The quality is great and the newer design makes it almost impossible for our children to accidentally change the lock code. When we’ve asked questions about the product answers have come back quickly with good detail. We originally bought all the same colour thinking it would avoid arguments but the children actually wanted different colours. I contacted the company and they helped to sort out changing the locks super quick. I’m really happy with the product and the kids find them easy to use.

After an issue with the parcel being damage/stolen during delivery the company sent me a replacement item successfully.

it is the best thing I have ordered from the internet in terms of quality, design and how easy it is to use. I made it for my little brother as a gift and he was very happy with it. I recommend you try it for yourself or your children 10/10

Complete silence
I completed an order on their homepage but didn’t receive a confirmation. Then I wrote to them and asked them to please cancel the order - and to confirm this with me. I still didn’t hear anything back.
And now I am asked to review them on trustpilot. But I don’t know if they received my order and my cancellation.

Thank you, Cuff Lock is a heavy piece off kit paint is protected by covers. And if looks are anything to go by someone else's scooter will be taken.

I purchased two scooter locks with Scootlock.com via Ebay.
Our experience was perfect, delivery was fast, they're easy to use (watch the youtube instructions before doing anything with the lock!)
They've been brilliant for us, kids have scooted all over Europe this summer and we've been able to safely leave the scooters when visiting city sites. Highly recommend
