Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 27 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant disappointment with the product, citing issues such as a lack of flavor, burnt taste, and an oily aftertaste. People also frequently mentioned the inconsistent quality of the crisps, noting variations in color and texture, with some appearing overcooked or stale. A common complaint among consumers was the quantity of crisps in the bags, with many feeling that the packets were only half full or contained mostly crumbs. Some reviewers also raised concerns about unexpected elements in their packets, while others were concerned about the use of poor-quality potatoes. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that the crisps had a great taste and flavor, and appreciated the amount of crisps in the bag, considering them superior to other brands.

I got the sea salted multi pack they taste nice, but it would be nice if there were more crisps in it because there are not even half a bag of crisps in it.

What on earth has happened to the flavouring? Especially cheese and onion. They used to taste amazing but now there's barely any flavour and the crisps are burnt. I certainly won't buy these again The... See more

No more broken bits

I've been a lover of Seabrook crisps for years used to love the garlic and herb but every packet we buy now the crisps are always in bits and it doesn't matter what variety or single or multipack you purchase always bits

Packet short

I have previously thought Seabrook Crisps were good value for money. Also doing online shopping from Asda it is a brand that's always in stock. However a couple of months ago I opened a multipack that should have contained 6 packs but only contained 5 packs and 1 empty pack. I was not really bothered but decided to let them know so that they were aware of what happened. I emailed them but they have not even had the decency to reply. I would therefore suggest anyone having problems should exercise their statutory rights.

Ignorant company that does not believe in customer complaints

We have always been satisfied with Seabrook crisps. However, for the past several months, some bags out of the Multipack various flavours have been soft and not at all crisp. You take pot luck if the selected bag is going to be of an acceptable standard.
The big disappointment is that Seabrook do not have the courtesy to respond to complaints, neither the Customer Sevices nor the Managing director.
A totally ignorant company who do not deserve to remain in business.

Dirty Sunflower Oil.

I recently bought a Multi-Pack of Plain crisps which were all substandard. The crisps were a very dark brown in colour and they tasted greasy. As you might imagine, I had to bin the lot. I tried to contact the Customer Care Department, but unfortunately the imbecile who was answering the phone that day could not deal with my query. It is perhaps not surprising, I will never buy Seabrook Crisps again; and would strongly urge caution when buying their disgusting crisps.

I love the taste of the crisps but

I love the taste of the crisps and discovered these in lockdown shopping on line. Great taste but like a previous post they are always broken into tiny bits.
This s not an isolated incident and happens every time, it does not matter wether they are delivered or you buy in store its always the same. Shame, will be swapping to other crisps now unfortunately

Amazing, fast delivery and great product at a great price.

Purchased a box of crisps online from online shop. 48 bags of Canadian Ham crisps (31.8 gram packets) for just over £13! £5 postage, so for a pyab short of £19 I got all that within 3 days delivered to my door by courier. Fantastic service, the only negative was the inability to track package on their website . ( who needs tracking when it comes that quickly though)

HIGHLY recommended.
