High shipping costs within the EU
The shipping page previously stated "free delivery on orders of at least 70 EUR within the EU" with no mention that this only applies to shop deliveries. If you have no shop nearby, shipping is 30 EUR. After I contacted them, they updated the page to clarify this. Just make sure to check the shipping options for your location before ordering.

We always aim to be transparent about shipping costs, and all available delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout before an order is completed.
For some locations, unfortunately, home delivery costs can be significantly higher depending on the carrier and destination. Shipping rates are determined by external freight carriers and, like many businesses, we continue to experience generally increased transport costs internationally.
