Thanks to the Secure Storage Company for providing such an excellent service. Everyone was extremely helpful and picking up, storing my furniture and returning it, was a very smooth experience. In particular, thanks goes to Phil and his colleague who collected my furniture and returned it. They worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble! I’d highly recommend Secure Storage to anyone.

Thanks for a smooth move! Very helpful and hard working staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that our goods didn’t fit into the 3 pods that were recommended when we booked.

Did a great job and packed everything in as small a space as possible. Charging less than half the previous storage companies cost.

We would like to say thank you to all the staff , from the moment we first made an enquiry to the actually day the pods turned up was outstanding service .
The 2 gentleman on the day worked so hard, they didn’t even stop for a cuppa tea and cake!

Found all the people I dealt with, from the initial call to the people on site very helpful. I was so happy I come acorrs this storage option as there was a shortage of others available and this one was cheaper. At first I thought the pods were bigger than they were so you may need more than you think. I had a big house so managed to store stuff with friends and family too. I used my own man with a van so can't comment on some aspects of the services offered.

What a great service, all moved no damage to anything, helpful cheerful staff. Well done .

In a previous review, I expressed a hope that, when returning my furniture, the Secure Storage Team would be as efficient as they were when they took it. I was not disappointed - Phil and Andrew were amazing. Polite, helpful, kind and efficient. I have received brilliant service from this company and am bewildered by any negative reviews. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.Good job, well done!

I highly recommend this company, they are really amazing from the office staff to the removal guys. Nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated my needs totally. I am super impressed with their service, their attitude, their helpfulness, kindness and price! I also want to mention the van, it was well looked after, clean and very well stocked with blankets. 5 stars to you guys

I found this company on a google search and so glad I did.
Their customer service is exceptional and they get back you really quickly. I needed to change the delivery date of my pod and it was no trouble for them.
Delivery was efficient and once filled, they collected when they said.

Really excellent service - I made some last minute changes and the office staff were really understanding and helpful. I paid for the removal service as well as the pods, and the removal guys were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. Overall I'm really pleased, thanks!
