NO SERVICE DELIVERED & NO REFUND TO DATE

We engaged Seebile in August 2021 to deliver a logo and a presentation. The first draft of our logo was a complete disaster. So I asked for a refund. The owner (who called me personally) explained to me that’s nice logo is expensive - hinders of thousands of dollars (seriously? - so you are taking money to develop awful logos?) He told me that it is also a process and that they will deliver if provide more info. We agreed to give it go. A few weeks went by and no response. I developed a logo in canva a send it over as the input. After a few emails no response. After a few weeks I was told that the designer has resigned and some else will take over - nothing again after a few weeks. So I asked for a refund. I received a confirmation followed by a lot of excuses and funny terms and conditions - “it is a complicated process”, you “need to wait 15 days” , “you need to wait 5 more days” another 2 weeks and nothing ....I have lodged a complaint/dispute through my bank and through BBB. Not sure if the company is legit… A Strange communication through WhatsApp, employees signatures on LinkedIn do not work (copy/paste LinkedIn logos) so you can’t even verify who you are dealing with - no employees - everything is anonymous. Received messages from a single phone number from “multiple employees” using different names so you start thinking whether the the company is actually legitimate. Awful experience, worse company I have ever dealt with. ..btw it is called stealing in a normal world.

I am with a start up sports league that provides flag football for kids but my business needed a logo, social media page, business cards, etc. So I searched for companies that could provide such a thing and I found seebile. At the time there was a sale so all of their services were 75% off. I purchased the business package for 120 dollars, which is normally 400, and I got what I asked for. Within 12 hours of signing up I was put in contact with an incredible designer named Kathrine. Two weeks later I have a very classy, professional, and cool logo that kids will love and business cards, posters, social media pages, and much more. I would recommend seebile to any business who is wanting to build a brand from scratch.

Good customer service, a little too forward for me, I felt a little pressured, but that may be because WhatsApp text was the communication medium. Excellent logo design, the business model very well executed.
