Delivered to unknown address - parcel says delivered

My package went to some unknown address. I could only contact through the BOT and sent a photo of my house and the photo from Yodel (normally Evri do deliveries here) which bears no resemblance to my house. Loads of emails on the BOT but just got a generic response. Then told to escalate to dispute. I contacted PayPal as I had paid through them. They closed the case in favour of Shein without even an explanation or without looking at the delivery photos. All they took into consideration was the delivery driver marking the delivery as made. I have had numerous parcels from Shein before with no problems. Don't bother with Shein and don't bother with Paypal as no support there

Items returned, Shein refuses to give me money back

returned items to Shein using their return label. It has been delivered and signed but they are refusing to proceed my return as they can't locate my parcel in their warehouse. Was back and forth with customer service for over 2 weeks now. Initially they bluntly refused to give me refund and said they hope I would understand. I obviously wasn't happy with it and my case got escalated to senior member of staff who advised further investigation and resolution of the case in 3-5 days. It's been 10days now since, got no update and they simply closed my ticket disabling me from further correspondence. This is appalling and I'm filing a formal complaint. I would stay far away from them and would recommend others to do the same.

Sein won’t help if issue with order

Dont use this company!
They won’t respond when you have a problem with their delivery company Evri.
You cannot get a refund for goods not received and they pass the book to the delivery company they employed - Evri. Evri are useless and just as bad a SHEIN as they keep passing me back to them.
You cannot speak to anyone it’s all autobots, wish I had looked at reviews for both before parting with my hard earned money that I’m unlikely to get back!
I know have the email address for Evri CEO & SHEIN dispute resolution and will be emailing both of them and informing my bank, Consumer Rights Act 2015 SHEIN needs to refund as their issue with Evri and Evri needs a good overhaul as their service is non existent

Very rude customer service!

I reported an issue to shein regarding a fault, when they responded they were completely off track and responded with no relation to my issue mentioning a completely different topic. This was the case on two occasions both being different agents. Neither of them understood my issue. I explained 3 times as clear as day and then they just rudely closed my case without helping me or solving the issue. I’m so shocked I have proof that my message was not inappropriate or offensive. This is not good customer service and quite frankly very rude! I would not recommend trying to get a resolution from customer service in my experience they really don’t like to hear the word “fault” or “issue” they don’t like to take accountability for their errors, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this either with them, with all the proof they still indirectly accuse you of lying.

Absolutely shocking behaviour

Absolutely shocking behaviour.
I returned an order and they have only refunded some of it. Still waiting for the rest of my refund a year later! They just keep giving the most irrelevant excuses.
Very bad customer service.

No refund for order returned

No refund for order returned. I have Evri tracking code they they’ve got the returned item but the return has disappeared on the SHEIN website. This happened last year and I lost £16. Not it’s £22. Never ordering from them again

Does not deserves a star, never received my first order, nor a refund, talking to a silly bot doesn’t help, customer service awful, just received my second order only to find an item missing, contacted customer service, all I got was order delivered,

No refund for lost order

My order was left on a main street by Evri on a Sunday evening-too much of a temptation to somebody, so I did not receive. Evri confirmed in writing that the parcel was lost and said I had to contact Shein for a refund and Evri would then refund Shein. Shein would not accept this despite my sending in copies of the email from Evri-who also would not help further. PayPal also took Sheins word that the parcel had been delivered despite evidence from Evri. I am now over £100 out of pocket. Emails from Shein were bordering on passive aggressive so I will certainly not be ordering from them again

they don't deserve one star

they don't deserve one star. one item out of 5 delivered. customer service a chatbot that is useless. cannot even cancel the other 4 items. delivery tracking shows not even received by evri, yet it is supposed to be in transit according to shein website. Never again will I use this company as I refuse to be treated in such a dismissive and insulting way.

Disgusting customer service

I brought & paid for 2 items on 08/09/23 I have only received 1 item. I have been trying to contact customer service but keep getting told they can't find my details what an absolute joke it aS only last week I purchased them. I am going around in a circle, I used this company last year without any problems I definitely won't be using them again or recommending them.

Well I will never use these again

Well I will never use these again, bought 5 vest tops, waited for over a month never arrived, was advised to give more time, another 2 weeks nothing then tracking shows delivered, well not to me they weren't. Have both outside camera and door bell which alerts someone is at the door and rings as well. Was in on the day of the claimed delivery and footage shows no callers at call. was told can have another delivery in 25 days as now out of stock, wanted these tops for the hot weather. I requested a refund and heard nothing since which was 4 days ago, no reply, nothing. The response was very prompt to my emails, just heard nothing since I mentioned id like a refund.

To be honest even one star is far too…

To be honest even one star is far too much for shein,I’ve just finally received my refund of £11.25 From shein after 4 months of waiting and emailing and receiving catalogue of emails which didn’t make any sense and being passed on from one person to another.
To have to wait for such a longtime to get such a small amount of refund is ,shameful and outrageous and I have never experienced it with any other retailer.
I have now unsubscribed and will never shop from them again,I went through 4 months of stress for £11.25!?!, can you believe it?.

Purchased and paid for 4 items. Want to return 2 due to poor fit and cannot find any way of returning these items or getting a refund. The worst customer service I have ever come across, cant speak to anyone or email. It doesn't really exist. Wont be buying anything from them again.Verry disappointed

Dont be taken in!

If i could less than one star i would. Bought a selction of bridesmaid dresses. Was not advised that i would not be able to return. Now have five dresses that cant fit and i cant return. Will NEVER purcase from them again and will be advising all my friends not to do so!
