Sendra boots reseller, quick processing and delivery
Most of the reviews here are not about this company. This company sells Spanish boots out of Spain. They are an official reseller for Sendra. The one star reviews here seem to be about chain stores called "Boots"
Anyway, I ordered two pairs of Sendra boots from shop-boots.com, I got the tracking code next day and the delivery within a week to northern Europe. The packaging was good, the boots were mint. No complaints at all.
I have only ever ordered via click and…
I have only ever ordered via click and collect, which has worked. However, the reason why I only gave 3 stars is because when they ask for a review for a product, they insist on taking your date of birth. This is totally un=necessary and therefore I do not leave reviews on their site.

This is the latest message from Boots !
They are not interested in following up my £84 order.
Absolutely shambles
The replacement order is currently awaiting approval which means it is in the hands of our digital operations team who will be reviewing the replacement order. Sadly, we do not guarantee on replacement orders it will be in store next day nor do we offer next day delivery on replacement orders as it will be standard delivery.
I apologise you were misinformed on the phone.
Thanks, Hannah
I left a 2 star review a week ago as I…
I left a 2 star review a week ago after I received a damaged (and possibly used) item. I had to jump through many hoops - photographs, proof of postage, numerous failed links to return labels and never the same person emailing me - to have replaced. The replacement has just arrived and like the first product it has been opened, the cellophane seal is missing as were some of the contents. Are Boots sending out shop testers as new goods? Appalling service all round. And now I am struggling to contact them directly to try and rectify this without me having to go through the same palaver as last time.
Two hours later and I am getting the same automatic replies and the same links that don’t work for returns. Exactly what happened last week. It would be helpful to be able to talk to a real person…
Dear Boots, if you are reading this please let me know how I can communicate with a real person. I suspect that Katie, David and the others are bots who keep sending me the same message whatever I ask them which is becoming increasingly frustrating.
Missing Items, unhelpful customer service
Online order turned up with a Lip Gloss trio set missing one of the items - the outer box hadn't been tampered with so the order was clearly packed wrong by a warehouse member who stole the extra gloss or didn't notice half the box had been torn off! Reported immediately to online CS who told me I had to return the item to a store for a replacement or refund and they couldn't compensate me otherwise for their obvious error. I avoid in person orders at my local Boots store due to a very rude member of staff on the tills (who rolled their eyes at me last time I was in there because I didn't produce my Advantage Card number fast enough) hence why I placed an online order in the first place. Now I have to go out of my way to the store to explain in person to them the issue all over again which is of huge inconvenience to me - to cap it off, the item was for my daughters birthday so now I won't have her present in time. I have spent a small fortune with this company in the past but will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Thanks a lot Boots!
Called a liar in email by Customer Care Manager and Complaints Operator putting phone down on me for no reason.
Phoned about a store closed down for nearly a year, still advertised as open six days a week on Google. Was ill and lost money going to the store in a cab, that was going to wait and take me back. Quoted a good price as it was my nearest store. Driver wrote a note to help with complaint to Boots by quoting price of wasted journey and receipt for double that price to go one way into town's main store. Got a rude Complaints Operator putting the phone down on me after only 5 minutes. No reason for this as no shouting/abuse within call. Then got an email from Adeoye - Customer Manager, calling me a liar by saying checked online and that store wasn't my nearest. She never asked for driver's receipt, that would have proved by prices quoted for the two journeys, that it is my nearest store. The obnoxiousness in believing she can know my area better than I do, regarding store proximities was unbelievably bad. Also content to forever let a closed store remain up on Google as open.
Also never addressed other operator hanging up on me. Another call had to be made to complain about the growing list of bad staff and cab compensation still not resolved. Received second email from same Customer Manager, who called me a liar, just stating rude operator will be dealt with. Finally, found a decent customer care operator, who compensated my financial loss in points to my Advantage Card and updated me that a mechanism had been found to eventually remove closed store from Google search engine. This was six days later after inactivity from Boots. Horrible experience that dragged on unncessarily for nearly two weeks; taking five calls.
Horrible company
Horrible company, I will never use them again, I lost £50 and they don't care
Bad Customer Service
Ordered a perfume online. Leaked all over the box and other things which was kept near including a white shirt. So sad that when I tried to report it, they were asking for photos in spite of me attaching them on the email. Some of my paperworks were a little smudged due to the same and the least I could ask for is a refund.
I would prefer not to give any stars at…
I would prefer not to give any stars at all but that was not an option. I spent over an hour going through their site last week and finally checked out my order worth around £150. After verification from my card issuer, I then got a message from Boots to say the order been cancelled. I went through the same process with the same result the following day. Customer service ignored my emailed complaint. I have since heard of similar experiences suffered by other people.
Why cant we vote 0 Stars for very bad…
Why cant we vote 0 Stars for very bad customer services of big brand stores. Boots deserve this accolade. Why do NONE of their staff respond to negative reviews???? Just shows how they do not value their customers. How sad, since it is US who made them as big as they become and another company who have totally forgotten that fact. Boycott this store and shop on-line. It is safer and best of all no “virtual assistants’ who can’t answer out of the tick box of electronic responses they insist on chirping at you without getting any question resolved or answered; nor being subjected to sarcastic, disinterested, bored staff to contend with. That’s if you can actually find a human being to speak to. Highly unlikely. All of Boots products have other brand better products. Why bother with this shoddy store????
Boots are bullies! Customer service, what customer service?
Boots have removed their staffed check-outs. Fair enough, but no-one is given a choice, they don't take cash. If there is an issue the software can't cope, you only have 2 choices, take it or leave it! This has been around for over 40 years, so as an 'older person' I resent some condescending youngster rolling their eyes at me even though the fault is not mine. Surveys taken outside supermarkets show that 97% people like them, but Boots don't sell carrots, and we all know that supermarkets sell more carrots than they buy in! Surveys also showed that people questioned up an down general high street areas found 47% don't like self-checkout. A lot of large companies world wide are adding back some manned checkouts to accommodate everone.
I added a post similar to this on Google, and Boots gave a stock response which included a phone number which didn't
actually lead anywhere. Some customer service!
Awful customer service - won’t shop there again
I buy from boots all the time but I won’t bother again. Ordered some milk for my children, parcel got lost. Same happened to my husband and the replacement arrived in 2 days. Called CS and they said oh wait a week from estimated delivery and we will refund. Called the day they said and they said oh the week doesn’t include Sundays so call tomorrow. Called the next day and they said ok do you want replacement? I said yes so they submitted a request and said the request could take up to 14 days to approve! It’s already been 2 weeks since the order. I then said never mind just refund me I’ll need to buy milk somewhere else and they said oh we can’t refund you because you requested a replacement…even though they didn’t tell me it could take 2 weeks to just approve and it’s not even been approved so could be declined or cancelled. When I complained and asked to speak to a manager they offered me boots points which obviously I don’t want as I won’t be shopping there again. Awful customer service and a waste of my time
Boots abuses it's power.
I bought a pack of oral B toothbrush heads from boots but didn't collect it. A refund was issued but boots decided to keep £1.50 without any explanation. I asked them for an explanation and after for 2 months of waiting without any response, I emailed boots again and I was told the money retained was a postage cost. When I enquired about why it's taken them more than 2 months to tell me, they couldn't give any tangible reason and then ignored me again. It's not about the money but the abuse of power on the part of boots thinking they have the power to keep my money without explanation and that's not right.
Boots are hiking prices/data privacy concerns
Boots are hiking the prices on their skincare - beyond all reason. (£24.95 for 50mls of Mens skincare). In addition, they are using a dubious tactic by using differential pricing for Advantage card holders that is frankly huge. So our personal data is of such high value - well what are they doing with it - reselling it perhaps. Abusing customers data privacy is not a good look
Didashoes is a scam.
I saw this add for boots. I ordered didafashion2022.com, didaboots2022.com. a pair. When they arrived they were to small
I wanted to send them back for a refund. They say it has to be done in 7 days or less. They are not from USA. They finally gave me address to return, but gave all kinds of reasons why I shouldn't. Or they'll give me 15% refund if I don't return them. I couldn't make the 7 days or less return policy, or alot of other stipulations they required so i gave them a bad review. I told the company I would never order anything from them again.
Deserves good review.
Deserve a good review.
communication was very good with mail. Friendly and very good service. Ordered on Thursday and received on Tuesday. The order was delivered very neatly. I am very satisfied.
On the 4th October i placed an order…
On the 4th October i placed an order worth £84 i received an email shortly afterwards saying order had been can elled by boots.com & no money was taken I checked my account and the money had been debited i contact customer care and was told this would bounce into my account this did not happen called & emailed & was told would be 8 days for a refund. I was on holiday and refund did not appear i contacted Boots on 20th October and was told refund would be in account 3-5 days 27th October i called boots again as no refund issued have now been told that if money is not in my Account tomorrow to contact my bank as they issued refund on 20th October. Customer service has been awful and seems to be constantly fobbed off 23 days and still no refund is extremely poor customer care this will be my last boots online order
Placed an order to collect from my local store
Placed an order to collect from my local store on Wednesday. It is now Sunday and have still not even had a dispatch notification yet. Tried to phone but was just on hold for 20 minutes so gave up with that. Tried the online help but they just say to wait 72 hours to see if order arrives, but that is from dispatch which I couldn't get to speak to anyone and explain that I have not even been told that it has been yet. Boots used to be so good with there online orders, not sure what the problems are now but they need to sort them before I would use again.
I ordered on line and paid
I ordered on line and paid. It was acknowledged with a delivery date, which was acceptable for this birthday present. I stayed in all day for the order but it never came. I tried to track the order but all I learnt was that it had been delivered to a Yorkshire place. I am in Cambridge. No delivery information could be established. I tried the reality help line to customer services with no further information available. I have tried to track for 3 days now to little avail. Not sure what to do next? Help!
Poor customer service
I had problems ordering on line and adding my advantage points . Advised to call when I had received the products . When I did the customer service I received was so poor. Couldn’t assist and when I asked to Speak to a manager advised it would be up to 72 hours. I have been a customer for ever but won’t ever place another on line order . You need more managers and staff training on your frontline staff .
