Fantastic customer service in Balham store.
I went into Balham EE shop today and experienced fantastic customer service. Daniel was extremely helpful and guided me to find a suitable upgrade that was good for me. He answered all of my questions (there was lots) and I was very grateful that I had gone into the shop rather than upgrade over the phone.
Excellent customer service
Jess in the Banbury branch was extremely helpful, taking time to help with an issue that was perpexing me about how to set up two phones with different numbers on the same account, without the phones mirroring each other. Friendly, attentive, efficient and save me an inordinate amount of time and frustration trying to do this for myself
Poor communication and to few staff.
The Tunbridge Wells shop had one staff on the shop floor. Another member of staff that finished serving a customer did not even have the decency to acknowledge me before he left for the back room. Still sitting here ten minutes later, still being ignored……
False advertising
I thought false advertising was illegal. Obviously, EE Shop doesn't think so. They are advertising mobile phones for a certain price, when you dig deeper the price triples. There are much cheaper and honest companies out there.
Shame on you to stoop so low.
EE Wolverhampton Stay away
EE Wolverhampton My Mom went into store for help with setting up a new sim card she had received in the post for her pay as you go mobile. The Sales Assistant mis-sold Mom a new monthly phone sim contract, a tablet with 2 year monthly contract and home broadband. When she tried to return the tablet she was told she couldn't. Even after arranging via retail complaints to return the tablet to cancel that and everything they still refused. They were rude and abnocious. Stay away. It has taken about 30 hours to get it all undone.

I called in to the shop in Shipley for help with activating my new sim card.Chris was really helpful,he activated it for me and said he would be happy to go through contract options with me at any time.He was easy to talk to and friendly.I wouldn't have been able use my phone without his help and he wouldn't take any payment!

Today i went into the ee store located in the lakeisdie shopping centre to sort out an issue with my daughters phone and sim card. A man on shift named Gilbert was so rude and unhelpful. His attitude towards my problem was disgusting!!!
A lady named Andrea was brilliant. She is amazing and was so helpful and got my problem
sorted. Gilbert kept dismissing me and talking to me in such a rude tone as if i was an object, this then made me feel threatened and emotional leading me to cry in the shop!
Andrea was so kind and gave me a hug to then later on make me feel wonderful by helping my problem in the circumstances, thank you so much andrea, your a star!!!

The importance of being an EE Jobsworth
Huddersfield's shopping centre hosts an EE shop where you can waste time and money, cheated by a gang of conmen. Folk with highly inflated opinions of themselves; folk whose job it is to employ well rehearsed deceptions and make false promises to entice and entrap the unsuspecting. If you really MUST visit this establishment (and my advice is to stay well away) do take a witness with you or fully record the entirety of any conversation.

Atrocious behaviour and attitude from Manager at Shrewsbury shop. As an existing long term customer was treated badly and told to leave the store and not come back. I was also told to ‘keep out of his face and stop shouting. I was doing neither and had a witness to verify. Have made formal complaint and asked for security footage to be retained.

Well what can I say the service was shocking in the altrincham store .. my mum took my phone in for repairs as I was working so she took it in so I would not lose work.. thay ripped her of for £230 quid before any estimates wear done .. the ee them self's said this was outrageous as a repair on screen is £40 to £200 .. thay had her waiting for one hour just to drop it in for repair!! bare in mind paper work had been done by ee them self's (not the shop ) so it should of been a straight drop in.. my mum went out crying as the way Nathan spoke to her was unnecessary .. made her feel small and like she had no clue as too how a phone works!! fast forward a week went to pick up the phone he made use wait around 45 minutes while he was messing about in the back very unprofessional.. no need as it was a simple pick up . and to top it of the phone is fixed but come back with new issues we are absolutely fuming. Nathan is not fit to work in a shop he is rude and seems to have issues with women and he should not be able to serve customers totally Unacceptable from him he needs sacking

Absolutely fantastic service from two…
Absolutely fantastic service from two EE empoyees from two different stores. Friday 3th Feb in Tewkesbury with Tom and Monday 6th Feb with Leah in Evesham. Both demonstrated Customer Centric service... Great Ambassadors for the EE brand. Very patient and understanding with a non tech older customer who very much appreciates good old fashioned customer service. Just brilliant!

Intending to pass on my old 'phone to a friend, I attempted to delete all my personal details, apps and the like, and revert back to factory settings. Unfortunately, I only succeeded in permanently deleting all emails in the Gmail inbox.
Today I visited the Basingstoke store and Tom quickly and patiently achieved in minutes what I had spent an hour or so failing to do.

Zero customer service
By an appointment made yesterday, me and my girlfriend went to Kingston Upon Thames EE shop today at 11 AM today 28th December 2022 in order to transfer data from her old Samsung smartphone to a new one that I had bought her for Christmas.
When we arrived the man who appeared to be the manager said that they couldn't do it even though we'd spoken to 1one of his colleagues yesterday who said they could.
He was reluctant to do anything but we said that my girlfriend was a BT customer and had a right to request the service.
We eventually convinced the manager and then waited. A young man was sent over to do the transfer.
He was glum, non-verbal, disinterested. He didn't make eye contact, he appeared to want to be somewhere else. He did the job but apparently with great reluctance.
There was no "customer service" whatsoever in the shop. It is an appalling example of how not to treat customers.
These people are not trained in customer service. They should be trained as soon as possible because this was an awful experience from beginning to end which is why I have given them, reluctantly, one star because they deserve zero stars.

Went to the EE store last week as we were with Tesco Mobile and the service was not good. We could not use our mobiles at home as the signal was so bad.
Went to the EE store in Bicester and we were so impressed. As soon as we walked in we were treated so well and the service just carried on till we left.
Jamie dealt with us with the help of his senior advisor Rob, I think he was overseeing Jamie who was training? The service was excellent and we are so pleased we can now use our mobiles at home.
The other 3 members of staff were also very good and we wish we had gone there first rather than sign up with TM. I would not hesitate to recommend this store in Bicester.
