Positive experience. Bought a dress and 3 swimsuits for my vacation. Wanted to keep all but 1 swimsuit. The return process for the 1 item was smooth. Reached out to their live chat to get help finding a swimsuit more similar to the 2 that fit well. The agent helped me find a new brand I hadn't heard of and absolutely love it.
My experience with Shopping AA was horrible.I placed my order 15641 amount 39.40 for a gold flower ring.when it arrived a month later after emailing them twice.The stones were missing,The ring was poorly made and was made for a child. Totally deceptive only worth $2.00 I've seen better rings in a cracker jack box.
absolutely amazing!!!! i needed to buy a gift for my girlfriends birthday. as a guy i clearly had no idea what to get. i know she likes this ShopAA website and has bought from them a couple of times... so i contacted them on Facebook asking how to get her a gift certificate for their site and if they could wrap it and make it look like a present when it arrived. i was not expecting the exemplary customer service i received when i initially decided to reach out to them. the girls there are so nice and helpful... they looked up my girls account and were able to see her sizes and past purchases and showed me some options of gifts they were confident she'd like based on her buying history. i was so impressed i couldn't believe it. they made the whole bday gift thing so easy for me! and an actual gift is so much better than a store credit. my girl was blown away when she opened it and couldn't believe what i had picked out. i explained to her that the ShopAA staff helped me figure out the items and gave me some options to select from but i made the final decisions and they put it all together. she said it was the best birthday present i've ever given her... and after 7 years of birthdays thats a pretty big compliment! i'm so happy that she's happy and couldn't be more thankful to the ShopAA team. special shot out to madison & jessie for making me the boyfriend of the year :)
