The watch crashes you pay for old tough case the programming is sub par think i will put my 20 no name smartwatch insides cause they will work better i am currently looking for another product i needed the features for my doctor but i break wearables cause of uncontrollable muscle movement due to my service connected disability it is not worth the money if they don't get better programming as for when the biometric work they work good but to get info from watch to phone i have to restart both my phone has said their watch has error in the Bluetooth no tech support they say they do but nobody answers anything next stop is better business bureau as i paid 150 for blaze s paperweight

I was concerned at first because of 3-5 business day deliveries. After 7 days I had to email Carbinox, that took 2-3 days for response so I emailed again, got a response, finally got my watches after a couple weeks. Your wondering why 5 stars then? Because it’s not about how you start, it’s about how you finish. Customer service took great care of my order and I in the end.

This watch feels rugged. Pretty simple to get started using it. Time will tell, but now it seems to be really good. Would buy again

Very good support, supposed to ship 5 to 7 days. It took 3 weeks because of the back orders. I think this will be a great watch.

I read the reviews and did my research so I was excited to order and I placed an order 3 weeks ago. However, I have yet to receive my order and the best part it hasn't even shipped yet when the order should have been here a week ago.

So far the watch is great. Shipping took a few days longer than expected but that may not be Carbinox fault. The fit and feel and ease of use of the watch it’s nice.

The only reason I bought the watch was to use it to track my elevation while hunting in the mountains. It will only track in meters. The company is out of Florida does doesn't use standard measuring in the altimeter feature. I was told in a email it would have to be fixed in a update. A few months later still not fixed. If you want to use this function, do not expect it to read in feet, only meters.

Took a bit to receive but they did follow up immediately when I asked. After that It showed up in a couple of days and before the time frame they mentioned. It doesn’t feel small. Has the options I am looking for and now im just waiting to see it it will break. I’ve had other sw before and they all broke after a year. Have really high hopes. Definitely use the tempered glass looks and feels great. Definitely gonna grt the square one.

Just got the Blaze type R. This thing is built tough. Every other smartwatch I've had felt delicate. This one is not. And delivery was fast. Two days.

The watch is well made and looks very durable. I’m very pleased with the quality. Shipping took 5 weeks, and I I paid extra for fast shipping. Verifying that the Lifetime Warranty is activated is impossible. I went through all the steps to activate the warranty but nowhere in the process does it tell me that it was successful. I’ve sent emails to support to see if they could tell me if the Lifetime Warranty is activated but they haven’t responded.

Just received my blaze type r. And from right out of the box I can see what all the hype is about. From the feel of the watch quality in hand to seeing how smoothly it runs. I'm excited to incorporate this into my everyday life.
