After 7 days waiting to be able to sell skins, they dropped in price by 20%. Any other place offers 10% commission. It's not worth to use this service.

the site does not scam so it can still throw a couple of money from above, maybe the trade can go up to 5 minutes +- well, it's better to wait than to pay a big commission

It actually works
It actually works, but you have to wait for a while to get your skins. I have bought some yesterday and had waited for almost a day, even thought I got hooked by a scammer website. But, to be honest they have sent me items that were even more expensive than I ordered, so I'm satisfied.
