Contacted Simon several times to ask questions to ensure that I had solid understanding of what I wanted to do. He was very responsive and helpful. Placed my order and it was shipped next day. Arrived very well packaged. Just waiting on my new wheel to come in to try out product. I don't anticipate any ideas based on various excellent YouTube videos I've seen, all extolling Sim Racing Machines products by various individuals. Would highly recommend.

First time ordering from SRM, I purchased the 50mm spacer and couldn't be more pleased with it. High quality and at a great price also came very well packaged and was sent out within a couple of hours of me ordering, would definitely buy from SRM again.

The product is of superb quality as expected. It is the second unit I buy and works flawlessly. The company has a great support even though it is a small company. I had a problem with customs during the delivery and the response was very quick and satisfactory. Definitely recommend their products and customer service.

SRM provide an indispensable service to users of the Fanatec ecosystem. Their products allow us to expand our rigs without having to fork out hundreds of pounds in what can easily be attained with a simple conversion at a fraction of the cost. Oh, and without added import taxes for UK residents.

As for the service it was quick, easy, efficient and without a fault. Ordered my items one day and had them with me the next day. What else can one ask?

I ordered the SRM emulator V7 with QR2 quick release. The shipping time was amazing, the item arrived the very next day in the Netherlands.

The product itself looks amazing. Much compacter than the original podium hub. My wheelbase recognized the emulator immediately with full high torque mode unlocked.
