First time ordering a pair of sunglasses directly from Sinner, I usually purchase them instore in Ireland. Very happy with the glasses and they arrived promptly. But they arrived quicker than expected as I didn’t get an email advising they had been sent to me. Just the original purchase confirmation email.

Package was marked as completed but hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service who were pretty blunt and could not have been less enthused to help me. I was told there is no way to track purchases, which is both surprising and doubtful, and that the package was just lost. Sounds like a pretty shoddy distribution system they have in place.
They have replaced the order and now waiting for it to arrive. I hope they prove me wrong and it does arrive so I don't have to deal with their customer service again.

Well I didn’t wear my glasses yet because of a lack of sun, but they fit nicely and look awesome. I like the insurance part although it might also be a registration with marketing advantages. The cord I bought looks beautiful and reminds me of surfing products. The Eva case is rather big. If there would be a smaller one, the firm ones which let you slight the glasses in from above, I would have bought me one of those.

You still had the same model of sunglasses I had bought in UK a few years ago, but now unable to buy in UK.
Delivery took under a week.

Don't expect expensive marerials/finishing at this price range
Purchased a pair of Sinner Sunburst sunglasses from Snow and Rock in late June 2018, unfortunately the reflective lenses have both started to peal off within the first 6 months. I have spoken with Sinner customer services and they have offered me a feeble 20% off another purchase. I have then sent a message to the Managing Director who has not responded. This was my third pair of Sinner sunglasses and I was a big fan of the brand. I am left feeling very disappointed and upset and will advise all not to purchase Sinner products unless they want products that fail and customer service that leaves you feeling that you are not important to the company or the brand.
