It's Beth here! We've spoken at length over email but I did want to reply to your review publicly. Unfortunately 1* reviews can have a significant impact on small businesses like this one; so I just wanted to reiterate that after you placed your order on February 12th, I emailed you later that day to inform you about the stock issues we were having with the Collagen Hydrator.
We kept in regular contact, and at each point you were offered a full refund at any time. However, you did decide to hang on for your product. Once back in stock it was dispatched immediately and was delivered to you on February 27th.
It was such a tricky few weeks waiting for our new PCA Skin stock and I do thank you for your patience.
You made an excellent point about ensuring our stock level indicators are kept up to date, and that is feedback we have taken on board.
Once again, thank you for your order and your patience - and I do hope you'll shop with us again in the future.

Competative Prices
I was pleasantly surprised with The Skincare Club. Their prices were so competitive that I initially questioned their legitimacy, but after seeing the positive reviews and confirming that they’re an authorised stockist of PCA products, I felt reassured. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the slight delay in shipping. I did email to ask about my order, but didn’t receive a reply—however, my product was sent out within 24 hours of my inquiry. This hasn’t put me off, and I’ll definitely be giving them another try.

You are quite correct, we did experience some delays a week or so ago. We had an unexpectedly busy week - which was coupled with some staff sickness. Unfortunately, it resulted in us being a little bit behind for the whole week.
I had attempted to email you to explain, aswell as respond to the email you sent through to us. For some unknown reason, they just kept bouncing back! I appreciate this will have seemed like we ignored you.
However, I was aware your parcel was being dispatched imminently & I’m glad it arrived with you safely.

The tints are designed to offer a hint of colour only.
