I placed an order in February 2026 and, as of April 2026, I still have not received anything. Communication has been disappointing, and I have not received clear updates regarding shipping or delivery.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This seems to be a scam. I read the trust pilot reviews before ordering as it was a company I hadn’t heard of, everything was positive so I went ahead and placed an order. After I ordered I received a confirmation email to say it would be dispatched within 14 days, I haven’t heard anything. I did think with Christmas there might be a delay so I emailed the email address from the company website, the email was returned as the address wasn’t valid. I then tried calling the phone number on the website which wasn’t in use. I’ve then emailed back to the order confirmation and received an automated response to say I would receive a reply within 48hrs, still nothing.

From my experience I’m assuming it’s a scam and a copy of a website with a very similar name. Although the products are at a good price don’t be tempted, they’re probably that price to entice as many people to take a risk and buy from a company they have never heard of.

Very good cosmetics and store. I order from Berlin, Germany. It arrives within a month. Everything is super. I give it 5 stars.

Not firs year that I buy here the products (since 2020 I think), and always very happy. I would recomend.

I have been buying on Skindelicate for almost three years and will continue.
I don’t know any other store where I can buy Obagi and be sure that it is originals.

I am very grateful to the person who several years ago advised me to spend money on something that really helps the skin stay young as long as possible, namely tretinoin. Yes, at first it takes some time for the skin to get used to the product, but now, after almost 3 years of using tretinoin, my skin now, at 60 years old, is better than it was then. And this is despite the fact that I continue to use tretinoin with a concentration of 0.025%. So, if someone's skin is less sensitive and not as dry as mine, then you can come to a higher concentration, then the effect will be even greater!

Great cosmetics! Delivery took a little time, but everything arrived in perfect condition.

I have been ordering several times for the past 2 years. There was a small problem with the last order, I received a cream that expired next month. I hoped that they would send me a new one, but they simply returned my money. I was also satisfied with this solution. In general, support is always in touch.

This was the second time I bought Obagi cosmetics  at the Delicate Skin Store:
-Anti aging set for Normal skin type consists of Tretinoin 0.5% , Nu-Derm Blend Fx(with Arbutin) and Professional C Serum 15%-Nu-Derm Exfoderm ForteI use Tretinoin with Blend Fx at night and alternate Vitamin C serum and Exfoderm Forte every other day in the morning.I am pleased with my skin, receiving compliments often. It is healthy and smooth.
What I like about the Delicate Skin Store is that they offer Obagi in  sets. Products in the anti aging set I bought compliment each other and are more effective. They are  cheaper when bought together.
Taking out one star as products are expensive.

It was my first and quite an experience, actually. I have ordered 3 items on Christmas sale (that was actually my mistake, but I wanted to enjoy discounts). So it went - I payed other 300 pounds from my card and started to wait for my delivery to Georgia. It usually takes some time so I was not alarmed before beginning of February. I tracked my order and have noticed that it was handed to DHL but nether moved. It took almost 4 months of writing and negotiating, but after that the company returned my money and even send me analog products for free, that turned out to be as good as ones I have ordered and costed half the price. So, Delicate Skin does solves its issues, thank a lot!

I had a very positive experience improving my skin pigmentation with Vitamin C and treating chin acne with Benzoyl Peroxide. I’ve tried other (cheaper) brands with the same ingredients, but the results were not the same.

I started using Obagi when my daughter was 1.5 years old. You know that moment when a woman looks in the mirror and feels a bit frightened by her reflection—and realizes she has to do something to feel better? That was me. Now, my daughter is 10, and I’ve just noticed that I actually look younger than many of my peers. I’m so happy I made the decision back then to make Obagi part of my daily routine. It was the right step.

great selection of products and the prices are the best

It’s been 3 years already as i use Obagi cosmetic and order it only from skindelicate. I tried to fing it out in my country (Italy) but never found such a
wide range of products as here. The delivery is always in time, to Italy ~16-20 days. I’m appreciated for the opportunity to use my favorite cosmetic!

I've bought tretinoin from this seller several times, and always have good experience.

I've been using the store for about ten years. The service is excellent, the products are effective, always good value for money, the payment system is reliable, and delivery is fast.

I placed and paid for my order, and a week later, I got a message saying there was a "system error" and that I needed to either pay extra for the item or get a refund. I chose to pay the difference, but instead, they just sent me another link to the product without any clear instructions on how or where to pay! Every time I try to ask for more information, I get an automatic reply saying they’ll respond within 2 days. Is this what they call customer service? I’m beyond frustrated. I can’t even review the product itself because they haven’t shipped it!

upd 4/07/25: My order should be delivered to Portugal, not Russia. I indicated this in the order.

I have been ordering vitamin C serum at skindelicate.com for quite a long time. At times there were delays with shipping and it took them years to answer emails. But generally I never need my order urgently. But today I faced with such arrogance and lack of professionalism as never before. I could not even imagine that managers in online stores can talk to customers in such a manner. It is absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude. Debbie Higgins, who seems to be their only employee as she always answers the mails, accused me of placing the smallest orders and being their rudest customer ever. I have always thought that the price of my order has absolutely no relation to how professionals should behave in solving the problems. Ms. Higgins implies that if my orders had been more expensive, her reaction might have been different. I had problems logging in and asked for help, but my questions have been ignored for 4 days already. Nobody even cared to answer, not even an automatically generated email. The same with my order. Skindelicate.com is having some technical problems and customers cannot even understand if the order was placed or not. The information they are sending indicates that I ordered 0 items which cost 0, though the money was withdrawn from the bank card. I ask for clarification and again no answer. And they say that it is me who is being rude. It is the first time I face such an attitude from an online store.
Never in my life will I buy anything from skindelicate. If they cannot orginize the process properly and do not know what professionalism is, let them learn. In any case it is never too late to learn.

Terrible customer service ever! I made the order mid June 2019, received the cheque and that's it. No information, no tracking number recieved. After 10 emails and several calls the company didn't reply to my requests. Due to my order was made with the blogger coupon I had to ask the blogger to connect with the company.

Only after that they sent me the track number. (more than a month after the order)
Huge mess, no replies, managers lies that they sent the track number. almose 3 months still no purchases.

Just better order somewhere more expensive but with the normal customer support.
