Ordered a sofa with the chaise on the right!
Confirmed order online states that the correct sofa layout was ordered.
On arrival the box states chaise to the right (Derecha).... however on opening and taking the sofa into our lounge we noticed that the chaise was on the left!
Numerous messages to their ‘people’ and them saying it was our fault we then also noticed that one of the back pads was ripped.
Complained to their customer care departments who’s have basically ‘shrugged it off’, blaming us for the rip!!!!!
So now we are €450 lighter with a damaged sofa we can’t use!
Disgusting attitude and will urge everyone reading this that they are con artists!

If I could give Zero stars I would. My order QPKZABJKA for 4 x chairs and 2 x rugs was placed 29.03.21 for items that were 'in stock' and stated they would be 6-8 days for shipping. I receive an email on 29.03.21 confirming my items are paid. This of course transpires to be 6-8 'working days' which Sklum clearly do not make transparent at the point of sale. Owning a legal firm, I thought I would read the T&C's & Shipping in detail, after my items failed to arrive and Sklum customer service changed the goalposts. According to their website and T&C's, UK customers (now International) items (in stock) will be shipped 7/8 days after purchase and delivered within 5 working days. So my items should have arrived on 16.04.21. However, on 15.04.21, (24 hours prior to Sklums contracted date to deliver my goods) I receive an email saying the same as the previous email - that my order and payment has been confirmed. On 21.04.21 (3 days after it should have arrived) I receive an email saying my items are being prepared in the warehouse! what does this even mean? On 22.04.21 (4 working days late) I receive a further email stating " Your order has left our warehouse and you will receive it in the next few days. - in the case of DHL or DPD 14/15 WORKING DAYS" This is a staggeringly poor level of customer service and integrity when they have agreed terms of sale on the above basis. This means that the earliest my items will arrive is 29 days after order (19 working days) and the likely arrival date via DPD or DHL is 20.05.21 which is 2 months after order. My firm uses DPD and DHL on a regular basis for both International and National delivery services and I am contacting the International team tomorrow to confirm if they are indeed having delays of 14-15 days? Even on standard basic DHL, at present we are looking at 4 days longest international. Throughout the pandemic I have not received a single delay on over 40 items delivered via couriers. There are no words. I am simply so let down and feel duped that they had no intention of sticking to 7-8 days when I gave and intrusted my money to them. I have a large office and 3 x private properties being renovated. I thought I would try this company for the first time as I have a lot of items to buy. I will NEVER use this company again. The trust has gone. This company make you think you will get your item in a reasonable time frame and then shame you for not reading what their declarations actually mean (even though they have advertised differently). BEWARE. I have noticed that poor reviews prior to the Pandemic were also all about delays and misleading delivery times. They have some lovely items and I feel so so sorry for all these customers that have vocalised their problems with late deliveries. Payments and orders they made in good faith. Surely it is better for companies to be upfront and honest and keep each customer coming back to you time and time again rather than having lots of new customers who only order once and never again because of how they were misled. Eventually you run out of new customers.

I wanted to leave a review to assure some people here, our stuff arrived!! Chairs all intact, no damage. Quality is OK, not great, but OK. Overall happy with our purchase for what we paid. Ordered early March, arrived mid April.
I feel for businesses trying to navigate Brexit but I will not be ordering anything again from SKLUM. Lesson learned. No more EU based shopping :(

Never again. ordered twice the first time the item arrived damaged. The second order was mid Jan 2021 I still have received it over 3 months later. No answer via phone and have had to keep chasing for an update via email. Terrible customer service. I cancelled today but was loath to as I really wanted the furniture- the search continues.

There is so much negligence around SKLUM's customer service, I am wondering if anyone would like to file legal charges against SKLUM?
It is illegal to take payment from customers and delay the exchange of goods for more than 2 months. Seeing the number of complaints arising around this issue, I think there is a case to made in court.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY. I ordered my items on 7th October 2020 and requested a return on 23rd Oct as items where delivered to wrong address. Since then I have emailed, called, message Sklum and have been promised it would be resolved and my items would be collected sometimes even on the same day. Today I receive an email saying their not collecting etc... Worse company to deal with if things go wrong as they have your money! They are completely incompetent and they have actually lied to me repeatedly. I have been patient and understanding but 5 months on I have to call it out for what it is.....a total sham of a company. If you want to take the risk go ahead .... but 5 months in I am advising you to BEWARE.

Hello, I’m looking for some confirmation of when I will receive my order placed on February 11th. I don’t mind that it hasn’t arrived by now as I knew upon purchasing that it would not be shipped until March 10th but that date has past and the message on your website changed to not shipping until March 15th and now it’s changed again to April 10th. I’m very concerned from looking at the poor reviews on here that I have no confirmation of when my order will be delivered and I really hope it’s not going to arrive as damaged as so many others have seemed to as that would be a long time to have waited. I placed an order for goods worth over £1600 on 6th February and still have no dispatch date nine weeks later.
When speaking to Sklum complaints, they have refused to return the delivery charge or give any compensation for the delay. Shocking service!

My daughter ordered a sofa. When it arrived the wood was damaged. When my daughter tried to clean the cushion a few days after arrival - the inside of the cushion stained the covering in such a way that the sofa now looks terrible.
We have tried to give the sofa back since November 2020. They only respond to our mails every now and then. When we phone them, they tell us the sofa will be picked up soon. And then they never call back.
DON'T EVER ORDER AT SKLUM.
Update regarding your comment "the current situation". This situation has been going on since November. You already told us on the phone that you will have the sofa collected and my daughter refunded. That was literally months ago. Reference: IIXMFXZBB.

Refused to accept return for products as I had got rid of the packaging. What absolute nonsense, if an item is faulty it is the manufacturers responsibility to accept return no matter what. I've sent several emails and evidence of fault but no response, just automated emails. Basically 500 euro down the drain. They'll take your money and then make it impossible for you to get a return or even speak to someone about rectifying the problem. Worst company ever!!
I ordered 4 chairs on 2nd of September…
I ordered 4 chairs on 2nd of September and they arrived in the wrong colour.
I then asked to return the chairs and get the right one, but after 3 weeks i decided to just buy new ones and ask for a refund.
I am still waiting 3 months later for a refund.
I spoke to their chat and they have confirmed that they have received the chairs, and that they'd put URGENT to the refund, but still nothing.
I have sent them an email a day for the past 4 weeks, but no answer from their email returns at sklum dot com, neither from their website. I will report them to Consumer association! Be aware!
