This is a scam company. They started to withdraw a £5 monthly fee for inactivity without notifying me and now all my money is gone. I can not log in and withdraw my money or even delete my account because they have temporarily closed my account due to inactivity while withdrawing all my money. PURE SCAM!!! All the good reviews you see here I assume are made by people who work for them or are paid by them.

They charge you a lot for not using the services, which makes having an account super super expensive. Watch out, they are basically a legal bank scam service. Also the website doesn't work if you want to close your account.

worst experience and no support. They make money by unnecessary fees and exchange rate of money. I sent many support request to help me in paying money but no response . Since they are in finance domain reverting to customer problems is critical.

Been told I'll be charged a monthly fee for inactivity.
I went and logged in with the intention of withdrawing my balance and closing my account.
After jumping through the hoops of them arbitrarily deciding I need a password change, not being able to geo-locate me for easily verify my address and linking a new bank card, all seemed it order.
I was offered a few options for withdrawal and was told how much I could take out and what the fees would be with each. After proceeding with the bank card withdrawal I received an error and instantly an e-mail saying my account is locked. The company is an absolute joke to deal with and any operations will leave you frustrated. For anything that Skrill can do, someone else can do it better and cheaper so explore your alternatives people.
Rates are hi, truth be told. The movement between Skrill accounts is crazy. Nevertheless, it is all legit.

Found out today they have themselves been withdrawing my money and have left me with £ 20. I have tried to close my account and unable to. Its a joke and going by the reviews its a recurring thing for them. How have they not been shut down already!
OMG this company is a scam. Charged me £5 a month inactivity fees without any warning, just checked my account and they have charged me £15 already since 3 months ago. just knew it till I got their only email today. Their last email was jan 2019. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM ANYMORE! they just charged your account till emtry before telling you to login. Now my account only have £3.06 left and no more they can charge!!!
Edit: their cs are useless, just sent you an auto reply email about "tips" then instantly closed your ticket. No one answering your question at all and closed the case. Dont use them they are terrible.

A week ago, I withdrawn money from my Skrill account. Unfortunately - some of the stock agencies are not able to pay royalties to other payment systems and I HAVE to occasionally use Skrill. A WEEK ago, I withdrawn money to my account. A week later, I received no money - NO! I received a request to verify my bank account from Skrill! IN A WEEK AFTER WITHDRAWAL OF MONEY !!! This is a UGLY job! This is a UGLY service!
