I got scammed by this site. I received a couple automated e-mails about my order being "processed" and that was it. Not one e-mail has been answered, no place to call.

I'll be disputing the charge even tho is old.

I ordered a set of fenders for my fortwo, i should have read the reviews first.

I just never got the items, tried to contact them multiple times (at least ten) and never got any reply. Worst online customer experience of my life

Ordered parts via their website just under 2 months ago. Never received them, website now appears to have been taken down and I'm out of pocket.
Disgusting way to run a business........ How can we get a refund?
Can anyone reading this review help.

This company takes money but does not send goods. Does not answer emails. No phone number.

AVOID !

I ordered parts 3 months ago and it was late but at least at reached and worked well.
Now I ordered again since 1st of June but now will complete almost a month no one replying my emails , no one answers the phone and they took my money not refunded.
Beware

I ordered a part and confirmed it in the picture. They are saying those are just library photos... so now I have a 300$ part that I can't use and I can't return it since I'm in canada....

Honestly regarding customercare (and I'm being truthful) the only thing they are good at is taking your money 5* rating for that the rest of it............well there is nothing else because when you've paid you don't exsist you have been warned !

Look, if you want a speedy service with excellent communication then this company is not for you. However, if you can put up with the lack of contact from e-mails and a few weeks for delivery then Smart-Stuff is not that bad at all. This is my second order for a specialised piece of equipment for my Smart 453. It was sourced from Germany and the tracking information via FedEx was excellent.

I was a little disappointed with the lack of replies to my e-mails because the first time I ordered they were brilliant at answering my queries.

Still, item received was a genuine part and in a sealed package. I am a very happy customer and will be ordering from them again. I have no problem recommending this company to friends and family.

ordered a part from there website and once I received the order conformation stating could take 10 days for delivery even though there t&c state 1 to 2 working days I requested the order to be cancelled I'm told that the item cannot be retuned or refunded because it was a special order part and a genuine part for a discontinued model. the issue i have with that is nowhere on the website page for the item or at time of payment does it state that the part was genuine and that it was special order so how was i supposed to know if I had known I would have gone to Mercedes myself payed less and got it sooner

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from smart-stuff. I placed an order in February 2023 for ~$400 in parts. My credit card was charged almost immediately, but I received no confirmation of the order, no package tracking info, and no response to multiple email inquiries. It was only after I disputed the charge that the merchant responded to my emails. I eventually got the parts, but it took weeks and was a big hassle.

I ordered from smart-stuff in October 2022. Initially nothing happend after I placed the order, no shipping confirmation, nothing. After a week I sent an enquiry without receiving any response. Then I decided to send an email everyday until I get a response.
By the end of the second week I received an email, from a person stating she was on leave for the past week, appologising for the "inconvenience" caused. Thereafter, my order shipped within two days and I received it 8 days later in Pretoria, South Africa.
Unfortunately, the wrong oil pump was shipped. I ordered the oil pump for a 700cc but received one for the 600cc engine. Needless to say, I only discovered it after I put the engine together and back into the car. Resulting in NO OIL PRESSURE. Long story short it took me two weekends (4 days) to figure out that I received the WRONG 🤬 oil pump.
Will I order from them again? Propably not, because I am not prepared to waste my time again with incorrectly supplied spares, and this wrong oil pump destroyed my turbo charger as well, costing me another turbo core and even more labour.
Decide for yourself if you are prepared for such trouble before you order from them

great speedy service. my items arrived in 10 days after parts were listed as dispatched to Australia. I was worried after seeing some reviews but with this experience I will definitely use them again.

Bought numerous parts from them and no issues with them. Don't understand where the moaning and hatred gomes from.

I have purchased through smart stuff since 2017. However, I bought a front centre grille surround, and headlight surround at 2021, never receive my order, no reply from email, finally I need to cancel it via credit card company, nightmare !! Never buy through smart stuff anymore!!

Excellent service as ever - part arrived in NZ from UK in just over a week despite a postal strike and public holiday. Cost $150 less than buying in-country, including delivery. Speedy and helpful communication from Kate throughout.

Paid £5 for 48hr delivery, not received, no refund, no reponse to my emails, very poor service, not a credible company to shop, beware!

Bought several part from Smart-Stuff.
Most of it was very fast delivery, some not so fast, due to delivery time from producers. Allways good service, guidance and advice if asked for.
I recommend Smart-Stuff, but You will have to keep in mind, that its no supermarket. Its a special shop with special and some rare parts for a narrow car brand. Expect delivery time for certain parts.
NB - I live in Denmark.
Dealing from EU is not a problem.

Took agars to arrive then to find wrong items sent, tried contacting them numerous times no communication from them at all

Honestly I'm not sure if these guys actually exist or not. After placing my order over 4 weeks ago, I've not received anything, nor do I expect to. I've tried mailing them 13 times regarding my order but have received no response.... I eventually found a number for them after trawling through various message boards, but as expected, again there was no response (should have known something was up as they don't list a phone number on their site!!!).
Luckily used my credit card for the purchase so will get my money back - AVOID... AVOID... AVOID!!!!
