After checking the length of a…

After checking the length of a thermocouple before ordering a pack of two disappointing to find on arrival one was the advised length 450 mm the second was only 250 mm, the second item a electro magnetic valve was not compatible, after emailing and asking for advice was just told to return the items for refund, I replied asking for another 450mm thermocouple to be sent as originally ordered. No reply received

Great service and quick delivery

Ordered from Socal on two occasions now for some Yeti products (including a new, popular release). The customer service I’ve received has been top notch! Delivery is also extremely quick and reliable (DPD). Would definitely order from here again and would recommend. Thanks.
