I never received my order even after contacting Sock Fancy.
Lots of duplicates, not worth the money
We have received duplicates several times now, and barely any new socks. I regret this purchase, and wish I could get a refund.
We keep getting duplicate socks and…
We keep getting duplicate socks and asking for different ones. We mail the duplicates back as instructed (at extra expense) and then the new socks we got are the wrong size—way too small.

I keep getting the same socks. Which is not what I signed to for.
Canned responses most of the time
The socks are nice, and I love the subscription, but what annoys me is the customer service. The answers I get whenever I reach out to customer service are often canned responses, particularly regarding order inquiries, where I am told that my order was delayed due to a glitch in the system (the EXACT same response despite various representatives answering the emails).
They run a little big for me
They run a little big for me. I prefer 100% cotton. Going to try a few more pair.
used to be great, lots of repeats now
Both pairs that we received in the last shipment were repeats, and unfortunately, we’ve had a few repeats over the last few months. I usually get a subscription for my husband each year because he loves the quality of the socks, but the repeats are disappointing. It’s made worse by the fact that we received Christmas and Halloween themed socks in February and March.

The shipment did not arrive as expected
The shipment did not arrive as expected, I had to contact customer service again and again. First shipment arrived about 3 months after ordering. The products themselves are great.
Socks are comfy and well received
Socks are comfy and well received. Only disappointment is not being able to modify subscription to include only crew height socks since recipient doesn’t wear calf length.
The masks took quite a while to get…
The masks took quite a while to get here. I think it’s been about a month since I ordered them. But the did arrive.
They seem comfortable. They don’t press up tightly against your face so they give you a little breathing room. They aren’t heavy but seem durable. Cute patterns and colors.

Missed Christmas deadline
I placed my sock order on Dec11 and did not received the order until Jan 13th. Considering this was a purchase for Christmas, I was not happy how long it took to receive the items. Also, little to no updates on order processing, shipping or delivery. In this day and age when other companies are doing such a better job at all of the above, I'm just not willing to do business with companies that don't keep me informed and expediate shipping items out in a timely manner.

Just a few of the many issues: Had to pay in full prior to seeing item. Order run prior to approval. Items arrived, not anything like sample we had been sent - different style, different materials, looser weave etc. When I complained they sent me other things I could order! Trying to work with them to find a solution and have been totally ghosted. Very unprofessional company.
Placed an order around 12/10/22
Placed an order around 12/10/22. Never received anything. Emailed to inquire about my order. Was told it was lost and another was being sent. Never received a tracking number or anything again. I once again emailed and was told there was no inventory available. I responded that it didn’t need to be that specific color because I very much needed the product. But I was simply sent an email that a refund was given. Horrible customer service experience. Waited a month and ultimately no product.
Job well done.
I have used this company before because of the previous good service. And again, they came through. I got what I ordered in a timely manner.
