Love the socks but not happy when I get duplicates.

Your products are excellent. Love your holiday mask/sock combos. I love this year’s candy corn masks. And candy corn socks. Sent them to my Grands and they loved them.

I'm questioning my subscription as I have not once but twice received a pair of socks that I have previously received. The whole reason I subscribed to sock fancy was the ability to receive 2 different pair pair monthly. I understand that it has to be difficult to keep track of what has already been sent to a customer. But when I send an email to the company and not receive a response about my concern it inexcusable.

Really comfy and a great fit. Love the selection of colors and patterns, I get lots of compliments on them!

Sock Fancy is my favorite, go to mask. I appreciate the fit with no gaps, and ability to add a filter for more protection. I find the mask comfortable and well fitted. I have purchased these masks for my grown kids, my sibilings and my friends. Big fan ! !

I was notified by the USPS that my package from sock fancy was damaged and the contents lost from the package. I tried for 10 days to get through to your customer service. I emailed, I tried live chat, I called, and could not get a hold of a single human being. Customer service does not exist there. Finally after 8 different attempts someone answered an email. Pathetic.

Love the masks, they fit well and wash well. I ordered black, navy, and olive, the colors I wear all the time.

Great masks: well made, comfortable, fits the face! Sock Fancy masks are my family’s favorite and I have recommended them to friends.

2 of 3 masks I purchased were broke. Socks definitely do not go up to size 14.

I love Sock Fancy's masks. They fit my face, don't remold my ears, and are enjoyed by my students. (I teach high school.) One of my life principles has always been if ya gotta go, then ya gotta go in style! Sock Fancy has certainly helped for me! However, I really want them to bring back the Jaws mask. I know my students would love it.

Great Product & Unresponsive Communications
I am a big fan of the product and variety of patterns. I have had difficulty receiving a timely response from the team. I'm disappointed.

Obviously well made and I love the fit over my nose, under my chin, and the adjustable ears. However, she’s *thick*. Truly feels like holding a sock over your face. And the inner liner sucks into your nostrils/mouth on the inhale. If this had better breathability it would be perfect.
