Absolutely brilliant company with a phone system second to none. Reece was so helpful and has been there over 10 years - thats says a lot too about Soho66. I gave up a phone number a few months ago and cannot have it back but Reece is going the extra mile to achieve that for me.
What a great guy to go over and beyond the rule book.

Who's helped me to set up my Grandstream phone was incredibly professional,fast,and clearly an expert in their field. It seemed like they knew everything by heart and resolved my issue seamlessly . From initial enquiry through to purchase and setup, we received excellent customer service (primarily corresponding with Reece), with timely and very helpful responses to all queries. System setup was straightforward following instructions provided by Soho66. The service itself is perhaps not as feature rich as some others, however overall it has been a solid, reliable and effective solution, with the added benefit of being easy to set up in-house.

We have been with Soho66 for over 10 years now. You cannot find a cheaper Voip provider for your basic needs, especially if you operate a 9-5 business. The support has been great over the years. The only thing I would say is if you operate a 24 hour business like I do you will not receive support outside of business hours, but if you do have issues outside of business hours, you can easily divert calls through their dashboard very easily. This has worked for us over the years.

The prices are very good for both hardware and VOiP services, but what really sets Soho66 apart is the helpfulness of their staff. Tech support calls are answered almost immediately, and you get clear, effective help. Good interface for controlling your phones too. When I asked a business friend who he used, he said he had been with Soho66 for more than a decade, and I am glad I followed that lead. Very happy to recommend them in turn. Ideal for a company our size (8 phones).
