I enjoy trying products before I purchase and this is an excellent way to do this. I respond honestly and my reviews are accurate according to my experience.

Amazing to try new products!

SoPost is a great company. I've been receiving samples of products to review and been fortunate to test several products now whilst receive some great offers. I love giving honest feedback on products that I have tried as I believe it truly helps consumers out there.

I loved receiving my free sample and always love the reliable service and variety you get from SoPost. It always nice to try a product before purchasing a full size item, so you know you like it etc.

When you apply for a free sample via SoPost they acknowledge your order and give you an update to say it’s arriving . I have had worst service when I have paid for things .
The feedback is short and easy to answer .
Everything is well packed too
Cannot fault .

Great company

I was given a free sample from Boots. Confirmation email had a tracking number for SoPost. Have waited over a month but item never arrived. Tracking info is useless, it says item has been shipped but you can’t get further than that.

No problems experienced at all. I have received my free sample within a couple of weeks & am satisfied. Not a scam. There is a UK return address on the packaging.

Absolutely terrible. Never received my sample from back in Feb, had an email to say your order has been shipped but never showed up. Very frustrating when you live in a small town with minimal shops and want to be able to test something before you order online.

Shame, it doesn't seem to be possible to give a zero star review! How frustrating, still Sopost seem to be a bunch of charlatans who promise you samples, which then fail to turn up (surprise, surprise) only to have the gall to ask you to review the item that you never had!
They must think we are all stupid.

Sample was promised to be send one month ago and today they ask me how I like the beautycream… reading all the other comments it’s scam

Never received my sample. Even got email from company(L'Oreal)asking how did I enjoy free sample. If this SoPost is l legit it would have mailed out samples to customers who made request. It's sad how companies are out there taking advantage of customers.

My sample never arrived, and when I contacted support, I got a dismissive reply saying they couldn't help or resend it. No apology, no effort to fix the issue. Disappointing experience that shows how little they value potential customers.

Scam for getting your details and not received anything. Have tracking for Chanel perfume sample which was sent in April but still not arrived. No contact to help.

They actually sent it in less than a week, sample was a lot smaller than expected but smells amazing nevertheless 😍

Scam!! Never received anything

I ordered a free sample of Pedigree Dentastix from a pop up add on Facebook (I normally don't!) They came and my dog loved them, and I have now started buying them. They did sent me a 'Does your dog like them' email and when I selected 'YES', it sent me to a 404page. Not sure what was going on there. Don't believe its a scam, just poor on whatever was supposed to be the follow up part.
