Good Quality, price and delivery
The treated wood I bought was very dense and heavy duty, much better quality than I’ve seen before. Price was best I could find. Delivery went smoothly and driver was happy to leave the wood where I asked.

great team at Southern Sheeting
Following my order online I received a call and emails from the supportive team at Southern Sheeting confirming details and ensuring my delivery date was set. On delivery day their driver was very prompt, polite, helpful and a credit to his firm. Super customer service all round.

Above and beyond customer service
Having been stuck in traffic, I arrived outside of your normal trading hours but thanks to Stephen McCulloch going out of his way to assist, I was able to raise an order and collect the items I needed without the need for a return visit.
Refreshing to find a company with a strong customer focus.

Disappointed I had to pay £20 to receive a £6 box of screws I Did ask if these could just be posted but this was refused despite my saying I would take the responsibility should this get lost in post.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand that a £20 delivery charge can feel disproportionate when ordering a £6 box of screws.
Unfortunately, as a building materials supplier, we don’t have access to a postal service for individual orders. All of our deliveries are sent through our trusted courier network, with a standard charge that covers both the courier and the additional care we take with packaging to ensure orders arrive safely.
We do try to be very upfront about this cost, with the delivery charge clearly shown online and also discussed when orders are placed over the phone before an order is placed. While we appreciate your offer to take responsibility for the item being sent by post, it simply isn’t a service we are set up to offer.
We’re sorry the delivery cost left you disappointed on this occasion and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
