Very accurate and fast service. Will use again for all video transcripts. My expectations were exceeded by both the speed of delivery and accuracy, as this was in New Zealand English I was expecting some words to be missed but I think it was pretty close to 100% accurate.

My experience with Speechpad has been that they do a great job, even when the person has a slight accent and the subject matter is challenging and has a lot of words specific to a scientific discipline like biology. This last part surprised me! I really thought I'd have to do a lot of corrections, but that wasn't further from the truth. A dense discussion of human biology, replete with molecular pathways, came out with almost no omissions. I'm very pleased with their results and would recommend them to anyone.
