With two young boys the flexibility the track provides means they are having hours of fun 10 days in and they still go play with it.

Its very versatile great product.

I had reason to contact speed track about a recent purchase.
Their customer service was exceptional and were quick to respond. They were courteous and understanding of my problem and the matter was resolved straightaway.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for any customers who are thinking of making a purchase.

Ordered for my sons birthday recently after several friends recommended. Ordered the wrong size accidentally and Speed track were so quick, helpful and friendly in sorting it. Excited to see it in use!

We ordered our initial speed track back in January and the end initially split, I lived with the split it was near the end of the track and didn't affect the use. The kids love the track and its flexibility to create jumps and loop de loops. The track unfortunately split further up, I emailed expecting the usual it was your fault reply however they were so helpful and sent a replacement. You don't get this service from larger companies. Cannot fault Speed track for this.

The track was delivered within one day of ordering. The item is nicely presented and well package. The dealers were very helpful when I had a question and replied by email immediately.

Amazing and friendly customer service. We had an issue with our initial 6m track and upon emailing and speaking to Lauren, a replacement track arrived within a couple of days to our children's delight. A super small business with a great product. Thank you.

It was the 2nd track I had bought as a present. Unfortunately it had a problem with the plastic track after a few weeks. I contacted them on a Sunday to report the issue and a replacement was delivered to my grandchildren within 24 hours. Amazing service👍

I bought my boys a track for Christmas - they LOVE it! Sadly I got the track out this week and part of it had split. I emailed and the friendly team were very apologetic and immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived the next day. I love shopping small, the service is amazing. I’ll continue recommending to anyone that will listen! A fab purchase for kids that love to “whoosh” things :)

The speed track is a real favourite with my children however we had an issue with our speed track, and had to contact them recently. Lauren was very helpful, didn’t make me feel like I was being unreasonable at all and fixed the problem straight away. I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant product! A strong favourite with my young boys and adults a like as they become competitive trying to get the car round the track! Having had other tracks in the past this one is brilliant and actually does what it claims. Having contacted customer service they could not of been more helpful, excellent experience and excellent product!

My parents bought my son a Speed Track for Christmas but apparently it turned out to be a duff batch. Contacted customer service with their order info and was sent a brand new track the next day. Fantastic communication, really fast response and lovely people. The quality of the new track is amazing, would highly recommend the product and company.

Excellent service. As others have said I think I got caught in a dodgy batch from Christmas. New track sent and received in record time. Very happy little boy. Loves the track and will happily order from them again :)

I had a defect on a track I bought at Christmas I emailed the customer service and they handled it straight away and ended up sending me a new track out, which arrived so quickly! The customer service is really first class they were so responsive! The product is great too, my boy plays with it so much we have it out most days.

Amazing customer service : we had a faulty speed track that had split , I contacted speed track customer service and they were so incredibly helpful ! Quick to respond and they sent me out a replacement that arrived the very next day ! A really great experience .

My son loves the speed track. A few weeks later a few small cracks started appearing they didn’t hesitate to amend the problem in a day and give some top tips to keep the track in good condition! Thank you Lauren for your care!

Great customer service, speedy delivery. An excellent product. Timeless fun can be had with the speed track & we love how handy it is to take round to others houses or on holiday.

I hate to have to write this as my boys are obsessed.
We purchased this for our little ones for Christmas and it is very popular in our house. Shortly after Christmas with it being used maybe a handful or a couple more times the track began splitting so I contacted speed track to let them know.
As it hadn’t been long since Christmas and only used a few times I didn’t expect this to happen. When contacting speed track I was advised by customer car that it needs to be unraveled with care and to soften it out with a hair dryer? Which is all well and good but I don’t expect to get my hairdryer out each time the boys want to play with it, especially as they aren’t a massive fan of a hair dryer anyway so I was kind of baffled by the response I received, I was also asked to send over the batch number. As I was in some sort of disbelief with what was sent back to me in email I didn’t see the need for a reply seeing as there didn’t seem like I was going to be getting my money back or a replacement sent to us. Upon reading reviews on here and seeing other people have been sent a replacement with the faults that was the same as ours I am extremely disappointed with not getting the same back.
Since then the track still has cracks in plus more and it’s starting to crack off at the end. We try not to get it out so much because of the cracks being sharp. It’s a shame as the boys are obsessed!
As said before I hate to write negativity but I am disappointed for my children so this should be stated!
