Speedster IT have been our provider of Managed IT Services since 2015 and have continued to provide a professional, reliable and friendly service. Their experience in the hospitality industry is key for us and they are large enough to have the resources available to assist us when required, whilst keeping the balance that shows we matter very much as a client.
Speedster has helped me with various projects and I have found them to be friendly, very communicative and so helpful finding ways for me to save money. Great guys to deal with and would recommend. Director of Carworks Studio
Worked with SpeedsterIT for the last 3 years now, they have completely blown all other competitors (I’ve worked with most) out the water. Service and expertise are second to none.
Zero security conscious, repeated errors. Sold new equipment that kept failing. Simple log in issues never resolved, keep repeating. Staff lies and goes behind clients’ back... list goes on.
Speedster have been our IT support company for over 8 years. They provided us with a smooth move to Office 365 and continually help us to make the most of it, while managing our server and ERP app. A great service from a London and southeast-based provider.
Speedster IT have helped AW Childs move to the cloud and deploy Office 365 and Hosted Phones. They are experts IT support and consultancy, with advice and recommendations that are invaluable. That’s why we’ve been customers for many years now.
I have worked with speedster for many years providing high quality solutions to many of my customers, they are Azure and Office 365 Experts and very friendly, with a great approach to IT support and Customer Service.
Speedster IT have helped ANA Mortgages move to the cloud and deploy Office 365 for a more efficient workplace. The Office 365 migration process was extremely quick and went much smoother than I could have expected – made it really easy on our end.
Excellent service.
Thank you ever so much.
I have had horrendous experiences with this company on several occasions when trying to move a domain name away from them to another domain registrar.
When I made this request they somehow in their fumbled attempt to process the request, terminated a hosting service prematurely which stopped email and web connectivity to a large company.
When I brought this up to them they tried to pass blame to me and developed a rash attitude saying pending domain transfers can knock web/mail servers offline. As a hosting and domain seller of 10 years I know this to be categorically wrong and deceitful thing to claim as transferring domain names from one registrar to another does not change, add or remove any technical DNS parameters.
If you want dishonesty, rudeness and incompetence this is the company to go to.
We have been a customer of Speedster for very many years and recently we had an issue with some hardware and also software
Speedster not only gave us online support they sent an engineer down from London to fix it all. The engineer spotted other stuff that we had not realised was not performing correctly which he corrected. When you have support like this why go anywhere else? 100 per cent delighted - thanks to all the guys and gals at Speedster. Melvyn Rutter / The Morgan Garage. CM227RA
I cannot recommend speedster at all.
Slow customer service, sometimes it takes days to get a response from their team. I am forever chasing them for an answer, the classic "restart your router" is their automatic response every time! My response is yes I have already done that 3 times today please can you tell me whats going on with my internet!
For a company who "specializes" in providing internet services I would say the service they provide is most of the time non existent or incredibly slow.
I feel that once you have signed that contract you are left to fend for yourself.
Have been trying to get set up with speedster for over three weeks now. They hooked me in saying that it would take a few days to set up but the engineer then turned up a week later and told me it wasn't possible. I then complained to my building manager and he told me that the cabling that they had said wasn't there was indeed there. Speedster apologised and said they would rectify it but I had to buy a £190 router from them to which I refused. I bought my own router for £20 which they insisted on configuring. Total shambles.
