Someone called me from the Airline office in Houston, Tx. (713-884-8347) They told me that they were following up on an application, (I NEVER APPLIED THERE). I was told that they got it from a 3rd party online lender again I NEVER APPLIED FOR ANY TYPE OF LOAN ONLINE! I was told to call the Corporate Office and I did. After being transferred several times and on on the phone for over an hour, I finally got to talk to someone (Daniel) in Fraud Dept. He transferred me to the right department, however they still can't tell where or how they got my information. CONSUMER STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY MAY TAKE YOUR IDENTY WHO KNOWS WHERE IF MAY GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

But it didn’t get to my bank account till the day after it said it would, so I called customer service and spoke with a rep she was very helpful and explained the process to me. She was easy to understand and was very polite. The app makes requesting money so easy, and I’m happy that I don’t have to go into the store anymore.
