Mercury software was easy to purchase, install and run

The software I purchased was easy to install and run. No problems so far.

Purchase was easy and seamless. I had the product up and running in about 5 minutes with ZERO issues and it sounds amazing! Haven't made this type of purchase before so I was a little hesitant if it would work with my system(simple home studio). There was plenty of help available which I fortunately did not need as purchase and installation were very easy!

I own 43 Spitfire modules and have had a very good experience with Spitfire. Only at the beginning of my purchases, when I bought the Albion packages individually, were they subsequently not priced to me at the package price. Otherwise, I very much appreciate the simplicity of the installation and activation of the products.

Spitfire Audio products are significantly superior to other instruments

I bought the Hans Zimmer Strings

I bought the Hans Zimmer Strings. And it does not work on my Mac M1 in Cubase 12. I have tried everything that has been suggested from Spitfire and Steinberg. I am getting no response from Spitfire now.

As usual, and I think for many years, spitfires's instruments are my favorites. For the sound and its quality, of course. But many others do... maybe not as good, but there are ;)
What makes the strength of these instruments is the brand's editorial approach : giving inspiration, by richs solutions and articulations. It always places the composer at the center of his work : where many other virtual instruments "steal" this status.
For my work as composer for tv and movie, It doesn't have a price...

I am very satisfied with the overall quality of the sounds from Spitfire Audio. Powerful sounds and quite unique. The interface is easy to use and has all of the controls one can expect. I highly recommend it.

This was a seamless transaction very easy to setup, and use! I love that spitfire audio has their own installers and vst plugin, so I don't have to have kontakt player to use it. Overall amazing quality for an outstanding price. I bought the or!ginals choir and strings, and all I can say is WOW it brought a new life to my productions! One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail for velocity. Overall fantastic vst instruments I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased Cinamatic pads…

I recently purchased Cinamatic pads along with Tape Synths and Tape Percussion and finding good use for them. My sound library actually started off with Free Labs and have just been blown away at the quality that goes into every product. I am truly grateful for all the free sounds not only you guys at Spitfire but also has allowed me to discover the awesome free samples for Decent Sampler. Cristian Henson and David Hilowitz just doing an amazing thing by starting this. My soundtracks sound so amazing with these fine products, I just want to thank you all for everything! Also, your customer service is top notch. I am looking forward to buying even bigger libraries in the near future. Quality products from dedicated, quality people here at Spitfire!! 🙏😇❤
